United KingdomI really can't think of anything I didn't like about the property.
Myself and my children found it clean, well organised and spacious. Ken went to a great deal of trouble so that it had everything to meet our needs and made us feel welcome from the start and I was happy to meet him, just as we we're leaving. It's close to the train station for a quick journey into Liverpool and a short walk to the beach and associated entertainment as well as not being far from a supermarket, a cinema, restaurants and fast food establishments. Had a wonderful week and hope to be able to stay again.

Very clean property it had everything I needed, Ken was so helpful before arriving sending good information and even left a welcome pack. Bed was super comfy, large bedroom and living room area. It’s very close to New Brighton station so easy access to Liverpool Centre.

United KingdomThis isn't something I didn't like but something I noticed. There is no oven and we'd grabbed oven chips to cook because we were too tired to go out to eat and then couldn't cook them. It wasn't the end of the world, we had cheese sandwiches and biscuits instead!!!
It was so quiet, it was just what we needed as we were in between moving student accommodation. It was so comfy and the hosts are so welcoming and friendly. The shower was really great with everything you might need provided. The biscuits, milk and beer were a really welcome find too! Easy reach of the sea too!

The apartment has a great layout, the small touches were thoughtful and made us feel very welcome. It is very clean, bright and spacious. The bed is so comfortable, had a great sleep! Owner was in contact with us prior to our arrival. Very clean throughout. Lovely homely feeling, extra touches of a welcome note with contact details, bottle of wine, biscuits and milk. Tea, coffee etc. Everything you would have in your own kitchen, plus extras including various phone chargers. Very comfortable beds and sofas. Excellent location. Near to Merseyrail train station and the Floral Hall Pavillion. Deserves a higher rating than 10 out of 10. Highly recommend and would definitely return. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is exactly as shown and has everything you could possibly need. The host, Ken, was so responsive to any messages. The instructions to access the apartment were easy to follow and the location was great. Easy walking distance to all the attractions of New Brighton and the train station. You can be in Liverpool within 25 minutes. The welcome hamper left by Ken was such a lovely bonus. Would stay here again.
