It was incredible hot inside (it was an exceptionally hot day), and even the fan wasn’t able to cool it down. Nice to have grassy space at the back to set up our own garden chairs.

Would have liked free view TV. We were there to work and school so the evenings were spent inside so it would have been good to have some on demand channels.

The whole place was lovely. It was quiet and I had to work and the internet was a dream! Really enjoyed it, I stayed with my 2 daughters!

Wifi was pretty slow. We did request one of the rooms with a double bed and a sofa, but instead had two double beds, which for a weeks stay made things a bit cramped and had no sofa to sit on. Also, the blinds in our cabin were a bit temperamental and awkward to shut - some didn't close all the way down, which didn't feel the most private.

Had everything we needed for a weeks stay, it was great to be able to cross the road and be straight into the forest - the staff happily sorted us out with more pans to cook with when we asked! Breakfast bits were appreciated (bread, butter, jam, milk, cereals). We don't drive, and we were able to access the property via train to Tunbridge Wells and then getting the 1066 bus. We also ordered an ASDA delivery in with no hassle!

Not a lot.

Everything went well, from check in to departure 2 nights later. Cabin was in a secluded area of the complex with everything in you could want. Comfy bed and pilllows, good shower and toilet facilities and seating area with TV and internet. Kitchen well appointed and comfy dining chairs, biggest surprise was the inclusion of breakfast ingredients. Cereals, bottle of milk and a loaf of toastie bread all included. Very pleased with our experience, we’d book again.

Liked the idea of breakfast basics being the room berths accommodation is a distance from any shops. You can't beat having all you need for a nice cup of tea ready when you arrive.

Sadly the shower kept going from too hot to too cold, and after a cold night out at nearby Bedgebury Christmas walk it would have been nice to have come back to have a hot shower.

The property was lovely and clean, nice to have a selection of breakfast and drinks included, and even though it’s near a busy road, I could barely hear it.

Mattress on bed was softer than we would like. Would have been great to be able to recycle our cardboard, plastic waste etc we had during our stay. We couldn't see any recycling bins but would be very keen to recycle if offered.

Lots of attention to detail given (toiletries, kitchen facilities, condiments, etc). Cabin had everything we needed (family of four) with plenty of room to move about. Cabin was lovely and warm, and the blackout blinds work a treat to keep it dark at night. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if visiting the area.

Exit/ entrance to property....not the fault of the owner of course. More a roads/transport issue - vehicles fly up and down this road. This can be quite hairy at times.

It was a good sight to stay secure and clean.

Regrettably the Sofa bed is out of alignment and proved to be uncomfortable to sleep on.

The accommodation met all our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. As much as I hate to comment on Wi-Fi as you don’t go away for that, it’s become such an expectation to have wi-fi that you notice it when it’s not up to scratch and that’s probably the only slight issue we had. We wasn’t able to connect to the wi-fi but it wasn’t hugely inconvenient but was the only thing I “didn’t like” but not enough that I wouldn’t stay again 😊

The cabin was cosy and clean and it was a lovely touch having a loaf of bread, a 4 pint of milk, orange juice and cereals waiting for us on arrival. There was also some menus for local takeaways which was also appreciated. The cabin was well equipped and we were able to prepare a meal and enjoy it. There was also soaps and mini shampoos and towels to which we wasn’t expecting. We really enjoyed our stay and would revisit in future.
