However, it lacks basic things and some defects such as: Hanger at the entrance for coats and jackets Paellas and saucepans are super old, they should all be changed. The kitchen knives do not cut and there are no scissors There are no savings to avoid burning the table, which was already burned. It would be ideal if, for 4 people, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper and a roll of kitchen paper as a welcome. On the other hand, coffee, tea and sugar are appreciated. And perhaps most importantly, in an apartment for 4 people there is only one bench so that 2 people can eat at the table. And a detail that surprised us as soon as we arrived and that generated some concern was that a door in one room had a broken handle; if they hadn't given them time to fix it, they should have warned us. All this in a constructive spirit, because I insist, we've been not too bad.

The apartment is very well located, has natural light, is a nice place to stay for a few days.

The tv didn’t work unless logging into Netflix, ITVX etc… no signal for freeview channels.

Property was ideal location for our trip to Knockhill Racing and Cowdenbeath Racing. Comfortable beds, good nights sleep and quiet area.

The only thing of note would likely be a tiny bit more clarity on the parking. A mention that it's paid would have been good, but it's not super necessary.

Right around the corner from the main street, close to everywhere that's needed. Nice and cosy for a short stay.

The flat has been updated and it's really modern and comfy. I was traveling with my parents and it was perfect for our stay to visit Edinburgh as it's only 20 min by train.

Some difficulty parking to load/unload, but this is the nature of a central location. Not something the property owners could control. Once in the flat, the public car park was not far away.

I needed to be at a nearby venue for the weekend and this was perfect. Cheaper than taking two hotel rooms and more convenient too.

The only issue is the check in time being 18.00 I’ve never seen a check in time so late and if you have plans that day it’s quite hard to work around especially since they told me I’d have to pay extra if I wanted to check in even half an hour early

Overwhelming for us was the smell of animal faeces when we first arrived. We tried but couldn't detect the source but I couldn't sleep until I covered by nose and face with a sheet. It was disconcerting as the place was visually clean in appearance but we think it said it was animal friendly so put the smell down to maybe an accident prior to our stay? Other than that it's a nice place. Lots of stairs up if you have luggage and are international traveller's like us and no on site parking.

It was up two flights of stairs and no parking outside It was basic but had nice towels The worse thing was we couldn’t check in until 6pm, that is very late for a check in. We didn’t have children but if you had small kids you would have wanted to feed and get them ready for bed by then. It made a very expensive night 6pm till 10am check out. After getting in and then finding somewhere to eat we had no evening left to relax in the property

In all honesty everything was good. One night I had to park the car down the bottom of the hill. Mostly got parked at the front door though

The location was perfect for us. We were here for a show at the Alhambra theatre down the bottom of the street. Just up the hill was shops. Pubs. The apartment was perfect for a few days away.
