The front door didn’t feel super secure but had no issues so not really a big deal

The property has a fantastic location and was great value for money. Had wide variety of facilities and amenities available. Mateusz and Blake were great hosts and allowing us to check in early was really helpful.

The bedroom was the same size as the bed and so it was not possible to walk to the side of the bed. I was able to adapt to this however it could be an issue for anyone who needs to be able to sit up as they get out of bed.

Great location close to the Tate and the old town. The open plan sitting room /kitchen was very well laid out and had everything you could need. It also had views towards the sea and the town. The owners were very responsive and helped me feel reassured that I would be able to find the Appartment and use the lock box. There was ample storage and the TV was a good size and quality and was wall mounted. I liked the breakfast bar and was able to use it as a work table when using my lap top.

Great location—centrally located and close to both the train station and the venue. Lovely sea view. Clean and tidy. A great king size sofa bed with a double bed in another room. Thank you for the bubbly and chocolates!

The only absolutely tiny detail would be a bathroom bin. But that's such a small thing. The flat was fabulous

What a wonderful stay! The owners were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was convenient and comfortable. The location was perfect - overlooking the sea, just a short walk into town or a short walk to the tidal pool for a swim the other direction. Would recommend a walk along the coast too! The flat had everything you would need and we were even welcomed with a box of chocolates! Bed was cosy and comfortable, lovely soft bed sheets and a large tv and couch in case of a curl up with a film. Can’t wait to come back!

I was a bit cold without central heating this time of year. The oil filled heaters worked well. Especially to heat the bedroom. But in the larger open plan kitchen/living room it was still a bit cold with the oil filled radiator. There was a storage heater in the living room. Tried to get it to turn on and heat up the living room, but couldn't get it on. Maybe some more clear instructions on how to get it to come on?

The apartment was clean, in an excellent location with a sea view. Near the Turner art gallery, Harbour, and old town. There were many nice restaurants, vintage and antique shops, smaller art galleries and conveniently an Aldi store right around the corner. The Aldi shop was so convenient as I don't have a car. A lot to do and see and all within walking distance to the flat.The flat was bright, airy, but quiet too. Matt was very quick to respond and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks had a very nice stay overall.

Cleaning could be enhanced , a bit more freshness in the towels and bed linen . A salad bowl would also be a good addition to the kitchen ware .

On arrival, I wasn't sure if I had the right address because I got the visual impression it looks like there were rather rough people living on the ground floor flat, I mean it looked run down, I'd arrived in Margate & had spent 4 hours looking for a place to stay, it was proving very difficult on a set budget in peak season & a music event that weekend so every time I went for a place, it was snapped up by someone else before I could book, I was getting desperate for a place for the night, it had got to 8pm, I prefer self catering, self contained than hotels & are often similar in price, can be cheaper! This is a bit over my budget but I'd just lost out on a few places, having driven to Ramsgate & back as well looking for a hotel! This was the 2nd apartment I looked at, the other round the corner just went so I snapped this one up before this one sold as well! Because it was last minute, I didn't know the host would give me access instructions quickly. He, Mateusz, was Very responsive ! Extremely quick ! He gave me the key code immediately ! He is very nice & kind :-) I entered the property, not knowing what to expect because of the building the flat is in, a 3rd floor? In a terraced house, once inside, it is beautiful ! Could easily & happily live there ! Beautiful double bed, separate bathroom with shower over bath which is perfect! One through open plan room with lovely lounge & kitchen areas, fully equipped, big flat screen TV with all the new things on it. Very ambient & peaceful & restful. Lovely sea view which is rare! Very central to walk into town! My only concern, would advise to look at, I read in another previous review, that the private door lock is very different to lock, fiddly & takes time & I don't feel it's the most secure as the door sits proud, a double lock would be a good idea ? Although I was safe there & the 2 lads who came to clean when I vacated, are lovely too !

It was hard to work out from the instructions, which flat was ours. The lock on the door of the flat needs replacing, it does not feel secure which was worrying. The shower was also not hot.

Location excellent, flat was comfortable and clean. Perfect for a nights stay. Appreciated the guest info. Plenty of towels and bedding.

The bedroom is very small and it was difficult to get in and out of bed, if you have knee problems or limited flexibility. Due to original feature sash Windows in the living room and bedroom it was quite noisy as they were on the side where the main road passes. I would have liked to have found a cafetiere or some filter coffee making facilities in the flat.

It was close to the main areas of interest in Margate and the restaurants. All basic amenities were available so breakfast could be prepared, except for making fresh coffee.

The worst apartment I have ever lived in Uk. It has a very strange and extremely small bedroom, in which there is even no any space on the sides of the bed. The three sides of the bed is tightly next to the wall of the room, while the fourth side left for you to climb to the bed, which is really interesting. What’s more, the paint smell and the damp smell make you can’t stop coughing and itchy throat. Thus kind of room is even more than 200 Pounds!!! It’s really unbelievable. Hope no one else would be cheated by the previous comments and grades, which are really fake!

Was difficult to access the property, as phone reception without WiFi was too weak to be able to call up the full instructions from correspondence on arrival. Workspace at rear of the house had drilling from 7.30am, which meant no lie in (as was too warm to sleep with windows shut)

The apartment was very clean, tidy and just the right size. Located very close to town, very convenient.

The lock on the room door was quite loose which when you're a woman on your own, isn't ideal but I did feel safe nonetheless.

Excellent location, staff allowed me to check in earlier and check out later which was really helpful and they were very polite and helpful about it. I liked the free bottle of fizz and chocolates, very sweet. The fact there was tea, coffee & sugar. A fan for the heat. Gorgeous view of the sea from the windows. It was the perfect place for one for one night.
