The property was really clean and tidy. The kitchen got everything you need to cook. Everything was so perfect. My 2years really enjoy the place indoors and outdoor as they have so much toys books indoors and outdoor they have nice play area. And the swimming pool was huge. We had really good holiday. We will be definitely visit next time. Highly recommend

Frying pan was bit aged with peeled, but when I let Emily know on check-out day, she quickly responded that she will check it on the same day, so I'm sure she has taken care of it by now :)

We could have done with some lighter duvets in the hot weather. But everything else was perfect.

We had such a wonderful family holiday here. The chalet was everything we needed and more, with plenty of space and beautifully clean. The holiday park itself is really well maintained and managed, with easy access to the pool and other facilities. We made the most of the on-site coffee van whenever it was open and enjoyed frequent trips to the beach, Deal and Walmer. Highly recommend Betteshammer Park for bike rides! We hope to return frequently.

The steep stairs and low ceiling height were a bit awkward and it was a shame the park didn't have a bar or restaurant open.

The location was perfect, so close to the beach and fabulous views and sunrises. The park was spacious and quiet, well looked after and the pool was lovely. The chalet was clean and comfortable with good outdoor space, the toys made the holiday for our boys who can't wait for another holiday in the triangle house!

Waking up in the morning and forgetting how low the celling is and hitting you're head.. haha.

The 'Foxes Sea side retreat deluxe chalet' was just perfect for us! Myself, My mum and my two little boys loved our stay, Especially with it being a family chalet and having toys there, they kept my two little ones happy whilst it rained.. We stayed here in 'Out of season' so there wasn't any entertainment for the kids. But luckily the swimming pool was open and the park is on site and we had a game of 'Mini golf' Which the owners had the balls and golf clubs in the chalet so that helped. The beds were so comfortable (My eldest said 'it was like sleeping on a cloud') haha. The owners of the chalet even let us turn up earlier then our time just so we could enjoy our stay longer and beat the downpour of rain. We would definitely stay again and definitely recommend this chalet to families.

All in all no real issues. Due to warm weather bedrooms was hot and stuffy. Thankfully they provided fans otherwise would have been unbearable especially moreso if mid to late 20 degrees.

Home from home with lots of nice added touches.. catered for kids lots of toys, xbox and Netflix, etc, well equipped kitchen and great location and amenities. Lovely pool on site and stones throw from beach. Other things like tennis and crazy golf but we never used. Shop and bar reasonably priced.

It's my personal preference to not have a spring bed and they had spring bed, so the first night or so I struggled to be comfortable, however I'm a larger woman with my preferred bed mattress, so it's still not a dislike it's more like a preference 😜

The holiday park itself is lovely , cosy, I really like the atmosphere and everything was nicely looked after. Our chalet was very spacious, clean, well equipped, the overall was fantastic and loved every bit. You have a BBQ option at the back patio, we didn't use it however it's a lovely extra touch for the stay.

I'm 6'2 and found the bed a little small plus the shower pressure was a little low but these things were forgotten about as the chalet has everything and is quite charming. A well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for a family.

The Chalet was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. A nice location near a lovely pub and a short walk from the coast.

I wasn't too keen on the downstairs kids room having a door to the outside of the property. Also the £1.00 electric metre as we had medical equipment and cost quite a bit to use. Beware of your head when getting in or out of bed.

Absolutely lovely accommodation. Well presented, clean, tidy, and very family orientated. Very well situated for the beach and local attractions, lots to do. Didn't use the facilities as appeared closed until the last 2 days.

We booked this lodge last minute (literally the day before arriving) and we’re so glad we did. We liked it so much, we ended up staying an extra night! The hosts were so accommodating and always ready to answer any queries we had. It was always really easy to reach them, too. The lodge itself is very cosy and spacious. Lots of kids toys, which my one year old and four month old loved. Leaflets left in the property gave us plenty of good suggestions for days out. The place was very clean on our arrival and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery etc and also herbs, spices, tea and biscuits which was a really nice touch. Would just like to note that the property has an electric meter that needs topping up by guests. This left us a little unsure about booking but we only spent £6 over the 4 nights so not bad at all considering it’s November and we had the heating on. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again sometime.
