It was compact and had everything we needed. The owners even left a fan as it was so hot. The location was slightly out of the town, our choice, and had a bus stop opposite with a very good service. We didn’t need to use the car during our stay.

Stayed over for work purposes. The studio was exceptional. Really homely which is their ethos, and really did feel at home. Very relaxed environment. Rosie and family were great, received easy instructions on how to get into the studio. The studio was really clean. Had a wonderful night sleep on a very comfortable bed. It was just perfect and will definitely be back!

The parking space is quite small and there's not really anything to indicate that you've arrived in the right place. The hosts did come out fairly quickly after we pulled up to be fair. I also wasn't completely sure I locked the door from the inside - a chain might have helped reassure me.

Lovely accommodation and really nice hosts. The unit is very comfortable and surprisingly well-stocked. I would happily stay here again. Excellent wifi, extremely comfortable bed and brilliant pillows. Despite the heatwave the room was really cool and the fan was very effective. Great shower. Exceptionally clean facilities and very well thought out all-round.

Is little bit far from central Brighton, have a bus station in the door, but if you go by car is ok, the place is better than most of small hotels

Super comfortable room, very clean and organized, the facilities is amazing, plenty of space, kitchen have all utilities, toilet is amazing, best option when you go to Brighton by car.

Lovely quiet location and your own little apartment. We booked Rose's homestay very last minute (within an hour of turning up!) due to a mix up with another accommodation. Rose was so accommodating and made a very stressful day so much easier for us. The apartment was very comfortable and we would definitely look to stay here again when in Brighton.

Beautiful clean comfortable room. More like a studio flat really. Bedroom with seating and separate little kitchen and bathroom. All self contained and very secure. Hosts very friendly and helpful.

More information on travel to city would have been helpful. Despite having free parking on site, we didn't know about the local buses so drove into town, where the parking costs were exorbitant.

Nothing of note. The area where the accommodation is located is not particularly attractive but that didn't bother us at all.

The accommodation is located on part of the ground floor of a large-ish house a decent drive from Brighton centre. It fully met our requirements - well kitted out, clean, comfortable for a short stay. The off-road parking, on a slope, was appreciated. The owners, living in the adjacent house, were very obliging and kindly agreed to an earlier check in. We were met by one of them on arrival and he showed us round the accommodation before leaving us to our own devices. No complaints at all.

Nice, clean, self contained appartment. Good size for a couple with plenty of storage space. Parking available and a handy bus stop into the city centre opposite.

Absolutely perfect for a couple as we were seeing friends and this was in a lovely, quiet area. Rosie is so warm & welcoming and the studio had everything we needed including parking (free) a hairdryer, iron & ironing board and great kitchen

No oven and laundry machine, but this is not big concern if it’s a short stay.

Very clean. The landlord is very nice and helpful. Fast wifi connection. Smart TV.
