The staff and facilities are great

The adjoining room where every word could be heard from the room next door. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved.

The location was convenient and the team working there were friendly.

We had a family room but the kids beds were so uncomfortable (one worse than the other) so sleep wasn’t great

I've been here many, many times and apart from the evening menu and food, it has gone down hill fast over the last few years. What did I like. The evening menu was very nice and affordable. Nice one guys

My room was too near reception and too noisy. Even throughout the night. What did annoy how ever me was the complete ignorance and non attendance of the morning breakfast staff.. My breakfast was already paid for, however I walked in totally unaposed, helped myself to coffee and hot breakfast. I wanted eggs, no one approached me to serve me any and there wasn't anyone to ask. I could hear the receptionist yakking but not one came to help me The chef came back 10 minutes later when it was already too late. Absolute disgrace, never again.

The location was ideal.

Overhanging tree limbs being blown against the window, Cups ans spoons hadn't been washed, I had paid for a double room but given 2 singles together with a very noticeable and uncomfortable separation, One of only 2 lifts were out of order, Lack of housekeeping ti visible usable surfaces and communal areas covered in dust and cobwebs. This used to be a great hotel but not anymore and the staff weren't very helpful, Ignorant if anything.

Breakfast was not very warm - the food was nice but it needs to be kept warm. Second time we have had breakfast - the same issue - we wont do it again. For £24 for two I expect better.

I like that I had a fun and a TV and the staff were very nice and comforting

nothing really there was everything that we needed

Comfy bed although only 2 pillows on large double

Filthy bathroom, 2 squashed bugs on child bedding on floor, stains on curtains, hairs in bedding. Odd smell in hotel like stale perfume and just general feel of dirt. Breakfast v plain but OK. Coffee machine awful.
