The dishes in the cupboard were either dirty or broken/cracked, and there was no dish soap to wash them or wash up after ourselves. Plain white bedding would be preferred to decorative bedding.

Great location, Supermarket just a few minutes walk away, other small stores nearby, bus stop just down the road, train station 15 to 20 minutes walk. The room was great for us ( 2 adults and one 16 yo), host was very friendly and helpful.

The tv only has apps. There is a drainage problem as the water takes ages to drain away. The plug in the kitchen sink needs replacing as its broken. A mirror in the bedroom would be nice.

The studio is around the back of a property and is very secure. It has everything needed for an overnight stay and is close to shops and takeaways. I found the bed clean and very comfortable to sleep on. The shower is nice with hot water. There's a fridge, kettle, microwave, oven and everything you find in a kitchen but minimal pots and crockery. I took my own anyway. I would recommend this studio and would stay here again.

The back garden was a bit messy and not safe for children to play. But the property itself was as described on Booking.com.

Good location for quick trips into London. The train station is approx. 15min walk from the property. Asda superstore is also nearby. The owner was very helpful, responsive and provided excellent information on the checking in process. Also, we were very grateful for being able to leave our car for a bit longer on the day when we were checking out.

Hard to know where the shops are. No information provided in a booklet to tell you where you can buy groceries etc. It seemed rather isolated.

It had a kitchen and washer/dryer. The owner was friendly and helpful. It was on ground level so no stairs.

sachets of coffee, tea, hot chocolate would be good for travellers such as myself flying in and out of the country. There was shower gel and shampoo this time but probably just left by other visitors

No Tv in room Shower rail was missing Car parked on the drive during the night so had to lift suitcases over roof of car to get passed, just enough room to squeeze ourselves past car. Washing hanging outside back doors

Empty things left in the cupboard like it wasnt fully cleaned....half a toilet roll and no more. No chance for a late lie in as the neighbours were up and cleaning at around half 8. No cleaning stuff to brush the floor....could do with a slightly bigger bed for a couple.

One of the two beds in the room is low so if all guests are tall like mine then it can be a challenge but it is manageable for a short stay. I love to cook but the kitchen utensils did not meet my expectation. The pots could do with covers. Cooking spoons and hand glove/towel are required. It was 2 nights so I got by without those but all in all it was a pleasant stay.

The host was proactive in sharing check-in procedures which made picking the key and navigating the compound seamless upon our arrival. The location was booked to enable us catch our early morning flight due to its proximity to the airport and this worked out brilliantly. There are different bus stops within 7 minutes walk from the apartment. The Hayes and Harlington station is also within 16 minutes walk. Amazon pick up centre is about 6 minutes away as well as a few grocery shops. I LOVE that the apartment has line to air clothes. The host was very responsive. My amazon delivery arrived a day before my check-in and arrangement was made to pick and keep it for me. Also my request for kitchen towel was promptly responded to. Although we did not meet physically, the host comes across as amiable

The property was very private, quiet and nicely decorated. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had during the stay and was very polite. The people who live in the area are friendly as well. All appliances worked perfectly. The patio was one of my favourite parts of this stay as I could go out for fresh air without feeling exposed and could leave the door open as it was 30 degrees during the time of my stay. Will definitely come again.
