Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomBreakfast choice was poor - No alternative for meat / no salmon. Food was very greasy and basic. Design asks for refreshing up as it felt more back to the past than Future Inn. In suite room was missing sink/water tap for sitting room - to get tap water you have to go in bedroom and disturb sleeper. It obviously was planed, but not installed. Air con issue in guest room. Wi-fi did not worked at all.
Room was good, great size bed, nice to get some treat in room as well, information provided was enough. Restaurant served good food, staff was welcoming.

United KingdomIt's off a dual carriage way which meant that you couldn't turn right when leaving so you have to drive down the road and round the roundabout back on yourself to go the right way. Not a problem but just annoying every morning. The TV was a bit temperamental. Wouldn't turn on, then wouldn't turn off.
Really clean, very big spacious room with a sofa and soft bathrobe which I wasn't expecting for a 3 star hotel. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was good, both for breakfast and dinner. Plenty of options. Lot's of free parking, and fully accessible everywhere.

Was very happy with the room very clean and comfortable. But didn’t like the iron, last time I stayed like the other iron better had a water spray on it was a lot better. But no complaints about the room was amazing.

United KingdomI was not very impressed with the food! Poor quality chicken in my chicken caesar salad (badly cooked) and rather bland and uninteresting (uninspired) breakfast. Bacon was pretty horrible. (Do they cook their meat in a giant steamer?)
Spacious reception and public areas, Big room, comfy bed, big bathroom, with bathrobe and lots of towels. Window that opened a little to allow fresh air. Free parking.
