We couldn't fault the room, especially at that price.

The bed was really comfortable. We both slept very well. Steve was very approachable and willing to help. The room gave us everything we needed for a couple of nights in Exmouth. Definitely returning.

Very comfy bed. Peaceful. Good price. Shops nearby. Access to fresh air with doors open to little garden.

Taps on the bathroom sink had not been cleaned. Grout needs cleaning/replacing around the shower area. Two rather large rocking chairs in the bedroom took up a lot of space and weren't really necessary.

Very quiet and comfortable nice decor. Plenty of different tea coffee and milk. Toiletries provided. Lots of hanging space.

Entering via the side lane was a bit different and never saw any of the owners on my stay

Located in exmouth itself was ideal for me as I was only 10 minutes from where I was needed to be. Decor maybe a little tired looking but was very cosy. No complaints at all. Plenty towels and shampoo, which I’d forgotten 👍🏻

Comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. Plenty of USB ports was helpful. Very clean. Tea & coffee provided, including herbal teas. Outside space to sit in the sun was appreciated. 1 hr free parking outside, and free on road parking within 5 minutes walk.

Outside area a bit of a disappointment, would have liked a full length mirror in room (it’s a woman thing).

Good location with easy walk into town, room was cosy, comfortable bed, had everything we needed for a short visit.

One thing missing was a TV, we like to have it on when getting ready & before bed just to relax, but we made do with the radio. Parking is on the road & went to permit holders on the last day of our stay so we left earlier than we would have to avoid any fines but it was not the properties fault that the permits hadn't arrived. The step in and out of the bath is very high & quite narrow, not a problem for us but could be for someone with limited mobilty.

Perfect location for what we wanted, short walk to the town. Plenty of tea, coffee & milk. Clean & tidy & just what we needed for the weekend, we would stay again.

The decor and facilities were dated, however, clean and functional so was more than useable. The fact that the garden was shared was disappointing, as it meant we couldn’t relax with the doors open as much as we would like.

The property was in a good location for access to exmouth town and sea front, with nearby amenities. The property also had private access which meant nobody was disturbed if going out early or coming back later. Having an adjoining bathroom was also a positive.

You know what you get with a garden room. Great price, not as big or comfortable as a hotel. The room was clean. Friendly owner. We could use the garden and did not see anyone else there. Near enough to Exmouth and beach (15 minute walk).
