Nothing was wrong.

A beautiful cottage. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is surrounded by glorious trees and ducks. Close enough to shops and towns. The owner came to welcome us and to check we had all we required. He offered information about the local area and suggestions for exploring. They left fresh duck eggs, bread and milk which was a lovely touch, thank you. To top it all off, the bathroom mirror has a quote from my favourite film.

lovely quiet location in a picturesque setting. Very comfortable cottage and we had everything we needed. We were attending a local evening event nearby and the owners kindly offered to pick us up afterwards which was very convenient and a generous offer. Excellent communication from them during the booking process and helpful advice on the local area and attractions etc.

What’s not to like? I even enjoyed washing up.

Dreamy setting, we sat out each day by the pond and became quite bonded with the lovely environment and entertaining ducks. So many delightful and thoughtful gestures, fresh bread and Duck eggs, milk and a cupboard full of condiments to use, flowers from the garden all around, very tastefully decorated.

One of the beds was very soft which was an uncomfortable sleep for us. The other bed was much better.

Great size. Some basics supplied by the hosts which were lovely. Lovely location. Family friendly.

Lovely comfy cottage in a beautiful peaceful setting with footpaths from the house. Lots of very thoughtful touches, and Chuck was really friendly and helpful. Spacious and well equipped, the fresh bread and duck eggs were a lovely bonus.

Nothing not to like.

The owners were fantastic. Accommodating, helpful and friendly. Loved the freshly laid duck eggs, freshly baked bread and milk waiting for us on our arrival. Beds were very comfortable and freshly made.The location was very central providing access to all the main attractions the Cotswolds have to offer.

LOVED the cottage, the lake, the little mixture of ducks, the token of bread and eggs and marmalade left, the flowers dotted around. The beds were super comfy. The cottage was warm, the host was informative, helpful and friendly. Cottage has all amenities, so a home from.home and handy for a mum with 2 little boys ;-) pretty location, and left to own devices. Value for money for the above, I 100% would recommend. Such a nice little break away from my busy life. My boys loved it also. Just what they needed for half term, we would be happy to return xxx Thank you xxxxx

That we had to leave after 3 nights... would I've known before it's so lovely I would have booked the whole week

Amazing property, amazing location to visit the Cotswold, beautiful garden with a pond, super quite, responsive helpfull owner (for instance when learned that we are a group of three adults he placed attitional third bed in one of the bedrooms, without being asked!)

There was nothing to dislike.

Beautiful cottage. Everything you could possibly need for a stay. Clean and comfortable and little extras provided e.g. milk bread eggs. Very thoughtful. Very welcoming host, Chuck. Would certainly recommend.

Beautiful, clean, and functional cottage! We had everything we needed (a family with a teen and pre-schooler). The hosts were welcoming and had thought of everything, including fresh flowers in every room, and fresh eggs and bread in the kitchen.
