Our only issue was the Noise through the night from Traffic due to 2 of the bedrooms being at the front of the house. As it was warm we had to leave the window open .

Facilities, excellent. Pool, Darts & Table Tennis great fun and plenty of laughs during the evening. Smart TVs in all areas and rooms

Tv in third bedroom isn’t smart and didn’t work. That was the only downside when trying to get kids to relax at night.

The home is lovely, everything that you need was available. There was lots for the kids to do in the house when we had a rainy day. The house was perfectly clean and we would defiantly stay again.

Nothing bad at all other then the low ceilings while playing pool but nothing bad other then that.

The house was amazing and the hot tub area was absolutely stunning it was so peaceful and relaxing in the evenings. The beds were so comfy and the whole place in general was fantastic.

The road was busy at certain times (not that it bothered us) but did go quiet at night. Not sure that’s a negative though ☺️

Everything you needed but with added extras for a very comfortable stay. Loved the layout of the property. An en-suite to all 3 bedrooms was a bonus. Comfortable beds which was great. Great for families and groups.

Couldn’t get a couple of the upstairs radiators on but informed owner and should be easy fix. Due to the smart tech lights they’re all linked, so couldn’t manage to turn off upstairs lights without altering downstairs lights. Only an issue if someone goes to bed earlier like our little boy. But not a big issue. Road outside can be a little noisy at times.

Smart tech modern house Undercover Hot tub, table tennis in outside buildings; pool table in basement sports room with TV and darts boards. X3 good size bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms with showers. Parking for 2 cars on drive. Brilliant location. Close to popular tourist places, short walk into town and nearby shops and pubs. Play ground across the road. Great communication with owner and happy to help whenever you need it

Everything was lovely but if I was being picky I would say that the bedding needs an upgrade. It was really bobbly and although had been washed, had dog hairs sewn into it. We weren’t to bothered being dog owners ourselves however others would be.

Amazing facilities and all very well designed throughout. The hosts were lovely, kept in contact and provided loads of local information.

Can’t think of anything to say!

Amazing, it has been well thought out with everything we needed. Undercover hot tub and table tennis along with a dart board, downstairs had a pool table, toilet and washing/drying facilities! There was 2 adults, 4 year old, 13 year old, 16 year old and two 18 year olds, it makes a change to find accommodation that suits all the children. You wouldn’t be disappointed.

Hot tub water did not appear to have been changed for our stay - beds were not of a good quality and some of our party found them uncomfortable - cellar room felt damp, one of our party has asthma and couldn’t spend a lot of time down there.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and bedding, pillows etc were not the best quality. Unfortunately towels were very thin, to the point of being see through. The bedrooms on the front of the house picked up the noise of every passing car or talking pedestrian. No basics like bread milk eggs butter provided and would have been helpful to have shower gel/soaps.

Exceptionally clean property. Wonderful hot tub and leisure area in out building. Pleasant stream running to back of property. Very easy stay. Well equipped home with great lighting.
