This was an absolutely wonderful guesthouse. The host Jenny was fantastic and so welcoming. We had specifically booked a twin room and it was great, very quiet and extremely comfortable on the second floor. Breakfast is beautifully presented and extremely organised, you order the evening before and Jenny cooks it in the morning, it really is great! Location to Conwy town centre is also great, a 10 minute walk. Parking is right next to the property up a rather steep secluded road but it is a bonus as you do not have to worry about parking issues in such a busy holiday destination. We have indicated to Jenny that we will be returning and that would be my biggest compliment, loved it!

We loved everything. We were impressed by the level of cleanliness, the extras in our large room. Loved the view over the mountains. There are NO sea views in Glan Heulog, view still amazing. Steep path & drive but well worth it. If you can't manage steps or a steep drive, really dont go. The description is very clear. About 10 to 15 minute walk into Conwy. Ask Jenny the best way to go, that is important. The breakfast was beautiful, very tasty. You choose the night before, delicious. Vast choice to choose from. There is cereal, fruit, yoghurt as you go in dining room. I have saved the absolute best until the end, Jenny, such a friendly, warm, welcoming, informative and who cooks a fabulous breakfast of great quality. As much toast as you want. Jenny waved her magic wand bringing hot, sunny days. Will most definitely return. We have given out Glan Heulog cards to our friend and recommend highly !! Thank you so much for providing us with a perfect stay. x

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Location was perfect for us, just where we wanted to be, nice and quiet in an evening too. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, everything you could want. Our room was a compact room but still a decent size. Lots of care and attention to detail in the room, and it even had Netflix which was very good.

We wish we would booked a longer stay. Four nights was not enough to explore all the city had to offer.

Wonderful location. Close to the train station, or auto parking on site. The host Jenny and her husband live on site and were there to help with any questions about the area. A lovely made to order breakfast was included every morning and bottles of water and other basic needs were available all day. Room was spacious and well laid out. Outside of the busy part of the busy small town area but just a short walk to the one of the best castles I have ever toured and the only complete city wall in Great Brittan. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

The B&B is on a small hill which is view nice garden as photo shows however a bit inconvenient for the travelers with big luggage as will need walk up and down from town centre to the place

Everything in the house is pretty, very clean, and in perfect condition. The location is great, 10 min walk to the city center and train station, but there is no traffic noise. The breakfast was delicious, and the owner is very nice. It was a very relaxing stay.

Just a 5 minute walk to town, the Coney Castle, shopping and restaurants. The room was spotless and the breakfast excellent! Jenny was a great resource and an outstanding host. When we return to Conwy we’ll be sure to stay again.
