Food / restaurant closed at 7pm on a Sunday. Little other options for food locally without getting back in the car ! Wouldn’t put us off going again though .

This great pub is in a lovely village. The room was cleam and pleasant, the staff friendly and both the evening meal and breakfast delicious. My friend and I were walking a stretch of the coastal path and found it a perfect stop over. Don't miss a visit to the church - fascinating!

I live 3 hours away.

It's all good. Easy parking, great bar area and restaurant. Rooms are super clean and refurbished to a high degree. Bathroom, large, airy with everything you need. Beds and linen are real good.....so good I didn't want to get out of it. Excellent breakfast... great service from all the staff.

Room is very modern in layout. A nice tub to relax in after a long day. The room amenities are very good and very clean as in the pictures. Really enjoyed our stay here The breakfast was very good and filling. The staff were very friendly.

Everything was good. I can recommend though that they put a small bench or side table next to the bath so one can put items on for when you get out of the bath.

But … two of the four rooms are very small (uncomfortably so). We stayed in Room 2 for one night, then had to move to Room 3 for our second night. Rooms 1-2 are king beds, large and spacious rooms with nice bathrooms. Rooms 3-4 are very small with low ceilings. I would definitely spend the extra money and book the larger rooms! But the most difficult part was the trapped heat in the room. We almost felt suffocated at night. There is only one window in Room 2, so no movement of air. And the flies were terrible, swarming around our heads all night and morning. I’d highly recommend the property invest in screens on their windows and supplying a simple fan in each room to help with the heat and ventilation. So, I’m mixed on my review. It’s important to be honest on our reviews so others can make informed decisions.

The room was Lovely and clean and well Presented , glad we paid extra for the larger room the bathroom was fab and the shower welcome after a very hot day. The food was Lovely and a good price the Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was a little warm but we were in the middle of a heatwave so couldn’t be avoided. Would definitely stay here again close proximity to Aberdyfi and Mac at a really good price with an excellent breakfast included.

The accommodation was lovely and spacious and very quiet. We stayed 4 nights and used it as a base to travel from. It was great to be able to eat there all 4 nights - so easy after being out all day. The food was superb and lots of it, the service very good and all the staff were super helpful and friendly.
