Lovely room and en suite bathroom. Comfy bed with high quality bedding. Breakfast was so tasty and freshly cooked - Welsh/local produce much appreciated.

We liked the room, it was large, very comfortable and modern. Exelant bathroom!

The level of service was highly disappointing. During dinner, the waitress accidentally spilled beer on us, and breakfast the following morning was a complete failure. At 8:00 am, the cook informed us that he did not have the key to the kitchen and therefore no breakfast could be served at that time. We were asked to wait until the issue was resolved, and only at 10:00 am were we provided with a very limited meal (an omelette, tea, and bread with jam). The cook served everything without any assistance, and by the time it was finally ready, the overall experience was entirely unsatisfactory."

Food / restaurant closed at 7pm on a Sunday. Little other options for food locally without getting back in the car ! Wouldn’t put us off going again though .

The cleanliness of the place, the wonderful staff made it feel like home for us. Good food and beautiful views. I can't commend the staff enough. They are indeed the realest.

I was a bit disappointed that there's no table fridge in the room, not after paying that amount. My kids are selected eaters so we had to go there with some food hoping they would be kept in the fridge but got disappointed. Although the staff offered to keep them for us in their fridge at the kitchen. It doesn't feel so comfortable asking every day. I really hope they would consider putting a fridge up in each room. Coupled with the fact that the weather was so hot. We couldn't refrigerate our drink and water.

After a long drive we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.Food at the restaurant was first class and beers in the garden with the river running by was perfect.

Room was slightly small for the 4 of us but would be massive for 2.

This great pub is in a lovely village. The room was cleam and pleasant, the staff friendly and both the evening meal and breakfast delicious. My friend and I were walking a stretch of the coastal path and found it a perfect stop over. Don't miss a visit to the church - fascinating!

Very comfortable well equipped bedroom. Lovely beer garden with great views. Friendly staff. Good food choices for dinner.

Lack of food choices at breakfast despite being asked to pre order the night before - 2 of the pre ordered items were not available at breakfast so this was disappointing.

Nicely decorated room. Newly fitted & clean shower room. Good bed mattress & pillows. Good (if limited) evening food and extensive wine list. Good cooked breakfast.

Room was very small and hot (avoid room 4!). Duvet too thick (not summer weight). Only a small window to open which was ineffective, so not a good night’s sleep. Evening food menu was much reduced compared to the on line sample, which was disappointing, although the food was very good. “Continental “ breakfast was cereal, blueberries and yoghurt. No pastries. Disappointing. Cooked breakfast (pre-ordered the night before) was good. Evening staff were not overly friendly, could try harder! Overall an overpriced and slightly disappointing stay.

It's all good. Easy parking, great bar area and restaurant. Rooms are super clean and refurbished to a high degree. Bathroom, large, airy with everything you need. Beds and linen are real good.....so good I didn't want to get out of it. Excellent breakfast... great service from all the staff.

I live 3 hours away.
