Noisy children from playground adjacent to the garden. Its nice and quiet apart from them. Bed is a little soft for me. The plants in the garden are still a battle to get past. Not having a table to sit at.

The room had just been cleaned but there was water in the kettle from previous guest I think, it needs descaling. An old cup and old spoon, no glass or plate despite having a microwave. The small cup & spoon could do with changing as they both discoloured. Even the cheapest cutlery & Crockery would have helped, for the price of the room. The beddings were un ironed, while the design is wrinkled, they really looked uncared for even the bottom sheet was wrinkled. While there was hand wash, shampoo & conditioner there was no shower gel. The fridge was off so it left a dump smell. The grass and hedge is overgrown for the car parking space not the easiest for a bigger car.

Noisy neighbours spoil this property. To get to and from the room in the back garden you have to run the gauntlet of the weeds along the garden path between the gate and the room.

When the neighbours are quiet It's nice and peaceful. The room has a several amenities.

Very clever the way the garden room has been fitted out with everything you could need! Really comfy bed. Loved the view of the roses around the windows and sound of bird song. The french toast and fresh fruit I had for breakfast was delicious! Vasantha and her husband couldn't have been more helpful or friendly :-))

It was cold. Vasantha did come over with an extra heater as the weather was so cold, much appreciated. A spare blanket would help. Some milk and extra teabags would also have been welcomed!

Lovely room, completely quiet and private, in the back garden of the host. The room was well decorated and spotlessly clean. Lovely shower room. Plenty of hooks for coats, a detail often missed by many places!

The place is actually better then what I was expecting. The lady was very welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. It’s best for couple to stay coz it provides homely environment.

A little cramped and had the feel of more like a glamping pod.

Liked the self check in and separate entrance. It's a converted shed/Garage, self contained, adequately furnished if a little cramped. But for a short stopover or base for workers, just fits the bill.

TV is WiFi only and kept dropping signal. So bad one night we gave up trying to watch it.

Room was comfortable, not a large space but easily enough for two people. Bathroom was clean with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. Included in room is a TV, kettle with complimentary drinks, toaster, microwave and fridge, a bit haphazard in the room but useful!

Loose walkway to the room, flagstones moving. Only two plates and two knives but 1 fork? Screaming children in adjacent garden.

Looks like a botched up garage renovated into an annexe by a DIY man with 0 experience. Took a while to find due to overgrown trees/bushes covering the drive entrance.Found 2 cans of cider next to some milk, which had gone out of date almost 4 weeks ago! No breakfast on offer but wouldn't have accepted because of how the place looked. As for the garden view...... I kept the blinds closed because it looked like fly tippers had been in!!

The bathroom was ok. Found 2 cans of Kopperberg in the fridge which was nice. Not sure if left by previous customers or owner

The property is very small, only really suitable for one night. We didn't have breakfast at the property, we had made other arrangements. The accomodation looks like a converted out building and given the small size, I thought it to expensive.
