The mountains in the distance really set it off and the hot tub is always a love! The bed was so comfy me and my wife haven’t slept that comfy in a long time! Such a beautiful place to stay! Just perfect

The property is in a lovely location over looking the brecon beacons. I booked it for my husband for his birthday and had a lovely comfortable stay. We watched the sunset whilst in the jacuzzi which was absolutely beautiful. The property is clean and cosy. We had a lovely night away here. Jos was very good at communicating and even let us arrive earlier so we could make the most out of our stay. Would highly recommend.

Had a brilliant stay for our wedding anniversary. The place was lovely and clean when we arrived, and well stocked with everything we needed, including teabags, coffee, sugar, milk, towels and dressing gowns for the hot tub, which we were pleasantly surprised about. They had a Sky tv box, with Netflix built in, a dvd player, and a few dvd's too, as well as board games, which were nice to chill with late at night. The bed was also very comfortable. The hot tub was lovely, especially in the dark when the lights around it came on. The views were amazing when watching the sunset over the mountains, then when it got dark, the views we had of the stars dancing in the sky were also amazing. There was a lovely little pub just down the road, where the food was homemade and very tasty. Also, it's only a short drive from some fantastic walks. Would stay again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking.

The kitchen wasn’t overly well stocked with utensils but I’m bit picky, it was adequate.

We loved the stay however would recommend an oven tray to use and some instructions on how to use an electric oven as we have gas at home.

We loved the view, the manager was very friendly. Very nice and clean inside and out. We enjoyed watching the sheep dog heard the farmers sheep next door. It was nice that the flooring was not all carpet because of having the dog with us.

Nothing, everything was wonderful.

The hot tub was amazing, along with the view over Pen-Y-Fan. The lights around the hot tub area made it feel so cosy in the evenings. The cottage was fully equipped with everything you could need. Jos was such a lovely and accommodating host, he popped over on the first day to say hello and even brought us a pen over to write in the guest book. The location was perfect for what we wanted, just a short drive away from anything you’d need such as shops, pubs, Brecon town centre, Pen-Y-Fan.

Great location, host was really friendly. Really quiet and private. Hot tub was great, and the bed is really comfy. The property has sky which was a great added bonus. Had a fantastic stay!

The water wasn't very hot so we had a luke warm shower however reported to host who apologised and advised the boiler had just been serviced so turned temp down this was resolved. Also microwave wasn't clean which we again reported on exit and host again apologised and replaced with new one. Would of liked it if There was a gazebo over hot tub as weather wet so weren't able to use for very long. It was also overlooked by other holiday cottages so would of been nice if it were more private.

Location was idyllic with lovely views. Directions easy to follow and parking good. Instructions on how to use everything was clear. Hot tub was on ready for use. Bed was super comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

We spent a couple of nights staying at the cottage. Location is fantastic. Close to Brecon town and many mountain walks and trails. Highlight was the hot tub - beautiful views across the mountains and lovely late at night watching the sunset. The lodge was well equipped with everything you need for cooking, tv with wifi access, large shower room and enough storage space. The mattress was a little too soft for us and furnishings could be modernised but we still slept well. Peaceful surroundings, close to open fields and wildlife. Lovely to visit in Spring and see so many lambs. Would recommended the Old Barn Tea Room hidden on a drive near Pen y fan. Overall lovely relaxing stay and would highly recommend. Thank you for having us ☺️

It's really petty but the distance the hot tub was away from the cottage. Needing to walk past the other two cottages to get to it. But like I said its a petty thing not to like

The size of the cottage is amazing. Brilliant facilities. The view of the mountains was beautiful. We loved the fact that we it felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, but on a main road. It was an ideal place to stay after our long walk around the four falls. Even better that there was netfix, being able to chill. Only wish we stayed for more than our 1 night

Everything was excellent!

Absolutely amazing property in a perfect place, easy to get to and convenient. The property has amazing facilities and is very comfortable to relax in. The hot tub was lovely too! Amazing after a long day of walking.

The location, the property size and, of course the hot tub, are great! The bed was very comfortable and everything was just easy, from the private parking, to the clear instructions provided by Jos, who popped over when we arrived to check everything was ok. Couldn't ask for more

On arrival it wasn’t clear that the hot tub was in between 2 cabins. The owners explained that the hot tub was sole use of cabin 1 however it was between 2 properties. Made us feel uncomfortable using it as we had to walk past another home to get to it. Car was parked outside our bedroom window for duration of stay. Wasn’t sure if this was another guest or property owners.
