Breakfast and breakfast staff were lovely.

The bedroom and bathroom were dirty. Clump of hair at toilet. Carpet felt sticky. Room musty/ damp smell. Spot of blood on sheet. Just not clean. Light fitting dangerous. Noise levels from the numerous residents and toilets flushing all night.

    Fantastic

View was terrible. The pics on the website are of the apartment on the front but actually you get an Old house with absolutely no view from the window. The room was good but clean and comfy

Clean, warm and tidy - good breakfast.

Room size limited, a couple in our party had their kettle and drinks tray balanced on a chair away from any power sockets, which was of concern.

The location is good facing the sea and Skye bridge. Breakfast was good with continental and cooked breakfast too. Parking is available on the road in front of the accommodation for free.

The room was not well cleaned with dust on the bedside tables, window sill and TV table. Room was also small but we knew that at time of booking. Walls are paper thin as we could hear the people next door while showering and moving about their room.

    Bed and towels

Said room had a sea view which was not true. Only saw small glimpse of sea from window. Room with sea view is inaccurate and misleading.

Thought Glenarroch was one place . The place they put me in was called witch wood. This was down the road and looked filthy. It is very misleading from the photos on the website. Also breakfast was served in another building down the road .Again very misleading.

Great location for us to visit the Isle of Skye Breakfast was lovey and there was a good selection to choose from The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and very accommodating of our dog. They made our dog feel as welcome as we did Rondi who worked in the restaurant was a lovely friendly man and made us and our dog feel so welcome

Easy booking in friendly helpful receptionist. Clean room, spacious

Breakfast did not live up to past breakfasts when weve stayed. Coffee cold and very strong. Food was basic, nothing exciting

We liked Saucy Mary's for our meals and we liked the room. And we liked the free and convenient parking.

It was a shame the tree in the front was blocking a nice view of the sea and bridges.

That we got to Skye. Good shower.

Very small room, no view other than vista of junk yard next door. Useless, ultra small TV. Ridiculously expensive, compared to other accommodation, of much higher standard, before and after this stay!

The rooms where spacey enough for 2 people and the shower was also big. It‘s nicely located, directly by the skye bridge and the staff was very nice! The breakfast was also very great. We only stayed for one night but I would definetly stay longer.

The walls are very thin, you can hear the shower of the other guests which is a problem for someone like me that is a light sleeper. Other than that, we where pleased with everything.

Staff were very pleasant, they were lovely with our dog and the location was great for the things we wanted to do and see

The walls are quite thin, you can hear pretty much everything from a neighbour snoring to people coming in and out of the building and chatting. We wouldn't have minded as much if we didn't have our dog who was feeling quite unsettled by the noise
