I should have requested a room on a lower floor, as the several flights of stairs was challenging for an older person.

Joan and Melanie made our stay very comfortable. The vegetarian sausages were the best I've ever had. And the VIEW from our window was awesome! The locations proximity to shops, restaurants and pubs was perfect. Easy walking distance e to everything we wanted. And eating the blackberries along the walk to St. Non's was joyous. What a beautiful capel and setting.

Instant coffee at breakfast. Cobwebs in the wardrobe. Smell of fabric conditioner on sheets.

Friendly staff. Fresh fruit and perfect scrabbled eggs.

Some outside seating area would have been nice. We were with family and couldn't find anywhere to sit together.

Location was fantastic for central St Davids

Standing bathtub or shower would have been preferred but really not a big deal.

The location of the B&B right in the town center was great,, the hosts and staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and with plenty to eat, our bedroom was of good size, comfortable and clean. The bathroom (bathtub with no curtain and under the roof) was a bit old and you need to sit down to shower but all in perfect order so it was not a problem for us. Also we had a nice view from our window (overlooking the back garden with little views on the tips of the cathedral, greenery and the sea far back).

Old building, short ceiling in the bathroom, which forced us to squat/sit to have a bath (no shower in the room).

The location was great and the owner was nice and welcoming. Very comfy bed.

Very central location, it is right in the middle of everything. We appreciated the cooked breakfast, with vegetarian and other options available, and the very friendly staff. The room and bath were immaculately clean and served our needs well. The area is stunning, the cathedral is right behind the building and several superb walking options nearby, easily accessible esp. in summer with small shuttle buses running (also stopping nearby the B&B).

Breakfast coffee was good quality instant but what a shame to not serve real coffee. Would have loved a king sized bed.

Excellent central location and the staff were brilliant and friendly. Breakfast was nice. My husband was disappointed to not have baked beans with his cooked breakfast! I was blown away by the thick cut bacon and tomatoes. Sausage was quite bready and I’d have loved a better quality meat sausage.

Like all things in St. David's, and the area in general, there is an overpricing not seen in the other places that we go, for example, in France, Spain and Portugal.

The Glendower is in a central but peaceful location. We were early so asked about parking with no expectation of early check in but the host could not have been nicer, we were offered our room and made very welcome. The room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and we could see St David’s Cathedral from our room.

Parking could have been a bit tricky during busy periods although there was a large pay and display very close (£6 per day). Free parking also available at less busy times.

A lovely traditional guest house with a warm welcome. Breakfasts were great and the staff were very helpful. The property is located right in the centre of the city only a couple of minutes' walk from the cathedral.
