Check in was easy and the room was tidy. The shower was ok a little tired looking and the toilet is a tight squeeze if you’re on the chubby side. A touch noisy from the other guests and unfortunately even with lots of no smoking signs someone still did. Overall for the money it’s ok.

Key to our room not available. Had been taken in error by other guests. No response from owner to our email. We had no option but to drive another 200 miles home.

Ceiling tile loose on ceiling, hanging down, shower plinth broken, bathrooms very small, one guest struggled to get onto toilet as space very small and narrow. No where to put wash bag in bathroom to use sink. No milk or coffee in one room and no tea in the other room.

It did not look like the pictures. We booked the family room as we like a bit of space but when we got there the room was very small, compact, tiny bathroom. The cups were dirty, my partner lifted the cup to make a drink and the cup was stuck to the saucer… there were no curtains in the room so we were up with the sun. The bed was uncomfortable rock hard and so were the pillows. The view from our window was unsightly, there was a driveway for one car so it was first come first served but next to the driveway there was rubbish, wood, bricks laying around. Shame really.

Front door difficult to unlock, ensuite bathroom extremely small. Door direct to room was standard interior door, lockable but not a solid door. Room adequate size for one night stay but additional furniture in room not required and taking up valuable space and no bed side tables.

Just that the walls were very thin and so you could hear every words of other guests’ conversations. I snore terribly so I was a little self conscious about disturbing them.

It was comfortable and clean. Instructions for access were really clear and the room had pretty much everything we needed for a short stay.

One of the rooms had a smell to it. The owner contacted us to say there had been an error on their end, and one of the family rooms we had booked was now not available this was 2 days before our arrival. STILL NO REFUND.

The room was small. It had a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and a sofa bed all set up. It was cramped for 2 of us. The bathroom was even smaller. You could almost have a shower on the toilet. You had to lean into the shower cubical to switch the light on or off. When on, it was on a sensor and kept coming on even when the door was closed. The kitchen was not the cleanest, and other tenants left their washing up in the sink. Bed was uncomfortable, and so were the pillows, flat and lifeless.

was stated you have a private bathroom but the bathroom was situated out off the room and was very narrow badly could sit on the toilet.

The property was fine insofar as it offered a bed for the night. The bathroom was ‘ok’ - absolutely tiny, rather tired and along the corridor not en-suite. The single bed seemed broken. Whilst advertised as B&B there was no breakfast provided albeit there was a communal kitchen I. Which to prepare your own breakfast. Maybe that was explained in the write up and I missed it but for the price I didn’t expect much and it didn’t disappoint.

The property does not contact you to confirm your booking considering that there normally is no host on ground to open the door for you. I had to call to get instruction about access to the property. The phone number at times are switched off. This can leave you stranded at the door.

The Bathroom toilet is so skinny you can’t really sit down well as it is wedged in by the shower and heater. The room walls are very thin, can hear the conversations in the next room.
