Dear Isaac, Thank you for taking the time to write a review, however we were rather shocked to see your overall score of 6 when we average 9.5. Even your individual scoring was higher and you gave our bed comfort a score of 10. I can only assume you pressed the wrong button when giving our overall score. You and your wife seemed to enjoy your stay and spent a considerable time with my husband asking about things to do and see. You mentioned that our bathroom was small, we have bedroom ensuites which are no smaller than you would expect in a British house, we are not a purpose built hotel, but a small bed and breakfast trying to offer our guests a home from home experience and many of our guests appreciate what we offer. Getting a score of 6 is very hurtful when we put our heart and soul in trying to ensure our guests have a good time. Regards Steve and Jo
