No breakfast provided. Booked for a wedding in the location. Accommodation was perfect for purpose. Didn’t have contact with staff during our stay. Would book again though, excellent value for money.

It is right above a bar so pretty noisy if there's a busy night in the pub below.

Little noise from bar downstairs, not an issue for sleep though as bar closed at 11pm. The curtains very thin and let loads of light in.

A nice place to stay. Shower was nice pressure and bed was comfy. The inclusion of a microwave was a nice touch which meant food could be purchased at the co op across the road.

Just a wee bit too noisy, but it is a pub so that’s to be expected. Water pressure in the shower is not great

Considering that it was above the pub... If I was an early sleeper it would have been noisy for my ears. Luckily I wasn't.

Smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. Also quite smoky when opened room windows as people were smoking outside.

Great cozy hotel in the center of Cullen. We stayed for one night. The hosts were very accommodating and did everything for us and our puppy to feel comfortable. This is a dog friendly hotel. They also have a bar which we couldn't enjoy but that I'm sure can be a good source of entertainment.

Difficult to fault at this price point

This accommodation is at the budget end of the scale but offers great value for money. It's quiet, cosy, and the in room facilities are excellent including TV, tea&coffee making, a microwave and crockery/cutlery. Co-op just 50 yards away as well, meaning you can self cater to a degree. Some rooms are shared bathroom, was not an issue as there was a full bathroom and also a separate toilet and seems to be only a couple rooms making use of them. Free WiFi also. Plenty takeaways to choose from as well (chip shop/Chinese, Indian etc)

Well equipped room, with kettle, microwave and plates/cutlery. Nice and warm, spotless and quiet. The room I had was one of the one of the ones without on suite but not an issue as there were two along the corridor. Landlord was very helpful and friendly.

Nothing, as everything was first class.

The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for me. The room exceeded my expectations with the contents being of a standard that I would expect of higher rated hotels. The cleanliness standard was extremely high.

The pressure in the shared shower was not great.

The room and the bed were great, super comfortable. We went there because it was near Bow Fiddle Rock, but Cullen is also beautiful at night and during the day especially if you're lucky and it is sunny-ish :) I don't remember his name unfortunately but the person that received us went out of their way to tell us about the restaurants around and even called the Cullen Bay Hotel where his daughter worked so we could have a table, which was a great gesture! We end up the night at the pub that is down the hotel and we were recommended a great whiskey, and the prices were very affordable. Overall there was a great atmosphere in the hotel and the town!
