Sagging matrass in front room. Traffic noice in front bed room.

Location, close to Bath and Bristol. Well equipped kitchen. Smart TV. Beautiful view. Back bedroom was quiet and had its own bathroom.

Sound of vehicles on the main road can be disturbing though in one of the bedrooms . The other one was peaceful.

The place is neet and clean . The sorroundings are beautiful.

There was no table for us to eat at. Just a bench for two people. I also thought that it was inappropriate to have Mein Kampf as one of the few books at the property.

It was modern and clean and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. The bed was comfortable

Only 3 plates and knives. Sorry, we broke a glass. Also let guests know that the key comes out horizontally as i tried for ages to get it out vertically.

The flat itself was very well presented and the landlord has clearly put some thought into it, small issue that the bedroom door handle came off in my hand though. The problems we had though started from the very first moment we arrived. We attempted to contact the landlord in order to find out the code for the key safe, and he never answered his phone for the first 2 calls. When we did finally get through to him having already stood there with our luggage for 15 minutes he gave us the wrong code! Again we called him and he gave us another wrong code, eventually he contacted the cleaner who gave him the correct code and we after half an hour eventually got in. My husband decided then to take a shower ensuite to the main bedroom and walked into the bedroom naked, only to see that 3 people were stood right outside the bedroom window, when I say right outside I mean 2 inches from the window! There is absolutely no privacy to the front of the property at all and we spent the entire stay with the bedroom curtains shut, which was a shame as the view is stunning. Also to the rear of the property there is a very lo ow fence to the property next door and no curtains to block the neighbours view. We stayed there 2 nights and during that time had 2 different people knock the door saying they were there because they had also rented the very sane flat. After contacting the landlord he said that he owned all 4 fiats and they was all numbered flat 101 and in actual fact those people had made a mistake and it was one of the other flats they had paid for (suggestion maybe make it flat 101a 101b etc The flat itself was very well maintained very clean with all the facilities you would require, and small attention to detail extras. We won't return though simply because of the lack of privacy

Nothing, would have liked mirrors in the bedrooms.

Lovely apartment with great views. It had everything we needed. The lock box check in was great, really convenient. The apartment was really welcoming, warm with lamps on when we arrived. The beds are comfortable and showers great. Two ensuites were perfect for us. We were easily able to walk into Keynsham, love the old fashioned street lights on the way. It was really convenient for Bath, the park and ride only a 15m drive away. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Nothing, but need to explain to guests that you have to enter at the back of the property.

The flat was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfy as was the sofa. Lovely to have two ensuites. Easy to park at the back.

The accommodation was perfect in size, for the three of us. The place was immaculate. Having two ensuites was a bonus. I would definitely stay there again.
