The kitchen was great. A lovely sunny spot looking out of the bay window across the roof tops. The main bedroom was charming with a great view of Dartmouth. All the extras, like the wine and biscuits, coffee machine and Netflix were much appreciated. We felt very much at home. It was a lovely place to relax and spend time in.

Only a small thing but a lamp in the bedroom off the kitchen would be a good addition

Absolutely amazing location. You just park up & can enjoy the splendours of charming Dartmouth.

Our 2 year old granddaughter was in the bath and the shower door came off & landed on the poor thing. And whilst I realise tv isn’t the be all & end all there was no WiFi & consequently no ty for the little ones to watch. It would also have been ideal if we’d have been given a second parking permit.

    Great location. Tastefully decorated.

Lots of little things were not right such as missing fittings in one of the bathrooms, cleanliness again in one of the bathrooms, no loo roll on arrival. The outside space needs some TLC. Out of their control but there is a lot of renovation/construction works happening at the property next door and in the local vicinity which starts around 8ish.

Location, size, cleanliness, sunny front deck, two bathrooms.

Neither shower was great, with neither being especially hot. Some extra blankets in the lounge would have helped slightly chilly evenings. A few dishwasher tablets would have helped given we came by public transport for just a few days.

Great location. The house was very clean, warm and well decorated. We liked the kitchen space and it was very well equipped with quality cookware and plenty of crockery. 7We would definitely stay here again.

Cottage location was perfect for our requirements. Central and convenient. Lots of space for 5 adults. Well equipped cottage, everything we needed. Handy for parking. Christmas tree gave it a festive touch.

Had to unload the car and negotiate steep stairs in the darkness and rain when we first arrived. This area was poorly lit. We had been aware of the steep stairs to access the property before we arrived, so that was not a surprise. A light in this area would have helped. Had to reset the central heating thermostat a few times as it seemed to be very hot. Always reverted to 25degrees. Couldn't see instructions for the heating in the cottage manual. Wasn't a huge problem but a bit annoying.

Property was superb, very clean, modern fittings and well equipped. The location being in the heart of Dartmouth was terrific and we enjoyed the ability to walk (flat) no more than a 100 yards to be in the centre of the town. Yes, there was a few steps to enter the property, but you did not have to be a "mountain goat" to get to some properties we considered. The parking permit for the Mayors Car Park was is very good, as parking on Dartmouth can be very challenging.

    Nothing major to note.

We've stayed before and chose to stay again due to Location Size Facilities Information provided on check in makes it super easy to arrive and get in

Could have been a little cleaner. Paint could do with a refresh as there are lots of marks on the skirting and walls up the stairs and throughout the first and second floor areas.

No breakfast. Everything else was very good

The outside patio area was very grubby and needed a good clean, the steps leading up to the cottage are rough and had sharp edges resulting in my partner sustaining a badly cut toe one one. This area alone lets the cottage down .

It had everything you needed for an enjoyable, sociable family break away. We took our adult family and we all had a wonderful time. The kitchen and lounge lend themselves to sociable living. The little garden is a sun trap of an afternoon, just delightful.

We loved the location and the layout. The full kitchen provided us just what was needed for quick meals to the toddlers. We also used the bath tub for our littles.

Since our stay was short, I would have been nice to have a little bit of laundry detergent available to us. We ended up buying a box a leaving it behind. The layout was charming and well-furnished but we struggled with keeping our kids safe the entirely of our stay. Those steep stairs were a challenge.

Overall, the whole place is cosy .warm ,clean . The area can't be beaten a few steps from town . No noise, no traffic, only few seagulls in the morning, lol . Good communication with property owners. 👏

    Can't think of anything .
