We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomA coffee machine but no coffee pods. No on will travel with coffee pods because you never know which type you need- either provide pods or get rid of the machine. No tea or coffee provided, that would be more beneficial than a bottle of Prosecco. Only 4 lots of plates, cups etc… a lot of washing up for family of 4 especially if you’re cooking a nice meal. The double bed wasn’t very comfy.

United KingdomHard floors throughout the apartment which made it difficult for us, having two young children to be quiet for those staying beneath us. We were very conscious of this throughout our stay. This was an issue for us as guests and not a criticism of the property.
A nice well equipped property close to the beach and good amenities. Good communication with the letting agency and we were allowed early access.

United KingdomPlace felt damp perhaps as a new build it had not dried out. Beds were cheap and uncomfortable and the cheap 50% polyester bedding made me sweat in the damp atmosphere. The advert showed a proximity to the sea that was not accurate and although the adjacent block had balconies this flat didn’t.
