4 beds in a very small room with no window . Luckily there were only 2 of us as 4 would have been a squeeze

Sophie checked us in and was so helpful and friendly. Location is excellent right on the Main Street with free parking across the street. Breakfast selection was very good.

Room was a bit small, no window other than a Velux in the bathroom roof with a class panel to the bedroom for natural light, some of the fittings etc were the cheapest on the market i.e. toilet seat cheap plastic, bedside tables very lightweight and cheap. we saw other rooms and they were far superior. We get the feeling that Booking.com do not get the better rooms in some situations, this being one.

Noisy floorboards could hear everytime someone moved in other rooms and shower didn’t work great

Noisy toilet made a strange noise about every hour or so. Curtain hanging off the curtain rail at one side. Shower curtain was very old and marked.

Right in the harbour but very difficult to find a parking space when we arrived mid afternoon but okay later.

No complaints at all.

Excellent in every respect, especially the breakfast. A little bit tight for room in the bedroom but we expected that being four motorcyclists with all our gear.

Just a small thing-the toilet roll holder just needed tightening -it was coming away at the wall a little. The property is so popular I imagine theres little time in between bookings but for a property of that calibre -its good to just check on everything a little more in between arrivals/departures.

We were upgraded on arrival and booking in was easy and the staff were friendly and really helpful/informative, The breakfast was of superb quality each day. Plenty of variety and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service from Molly and Cameron.

Shared bathroom facilities, no lift, breakfast in hotel down the road.

We understand that accommodation is at a premium in Tobermory, especially at short notice in summer as per our booking. The accommodation cost did seem a little steep for a room with shared facilities.

The location on the waterfront was ideal. The views out the window were excellent. There was a generous welcome basket in the double room.

The packed lunches were great and view just what you want. Only the parking was an issue but thats Tobermory and not the hotel

This room was comfortable but had no window. The room had an exhaust fan for air circulation which was noisy and since the room door is fire-rated it allows no air in. So I had to leave the door ajar by a centimetre to allow some fresh air into the room. Everything was very neat and clean and a lovely welcome package. The towels and bathrobe supplied were handy since the bathroom was downstairs.

The room was very small, and the sound isolation is very poor, you can hear everything from the corridor and neighbouring rooms.

Breakfast was very delicious, and fresh, location is great.

It poured rain all night and unfortunately we were woken throughout the night with the noise of rain dripping from gutter and trees onto our skylight windows. However bed was very comfortable.

Loved the free gifts of local miniature whiskey, soap, biscuits and postcard in room. A very welcoming touch thank you.

I know the cost of holiday accommodation has gone through the roof, this is another example of a very simple comfortable room with all amenities at a rediculous cost. A truly forgettable room except for the location within this gorgeous village.

Staff fantastic, especially Sophie who was proactive in contacting us prior to arrival to confirm all arrangements and covered off with an extensive email list to ensure for a very comfortable stay, which we had. Loved Tobermory as the Location of the accommodation is terrific in Tobermory, close to everything. Breakfast is included in the rate and this accommodation is owned by the Hotel, so meals are easily organised.

one lady member of staff bit terse on our last breakfast, we had booked a 10oclock as we had late ferry and think she wanted to pack up, lots from the buffet missing but to be fair when we asked we got top ups

Paper thin wall to neighboring room. Similarly, noise from guests upstairs (children..) No hot water for shower in the morning. Continental Breakfast could be better. Value for money not great.

Good sized room, with nice garden (almost like a terrarium) view.

Room 7 was very noisy from above the foor needs insulation.
