Heatwave! but nothing owners could do about that.

Perfect location for Hartpury College, where we were going. Very welcoming hosts,good off road parking, room was lovely with sitting area and a good sized shower. Fan provided due to extreme heat ( over 30') Lovely pub/ restaurant short walk away.

Didn't see owners at all, difficult about that as some guests may well prefer no contact, our preference is to see something of owners, if practical. TV picture interference, some fault there

The only thing that I didn't like it was that I didn't have the opportunity to stay more days!

There are not enough words to describe this beautiful and unique experience! Nice, small, clean, tidy, fully equipped room with a lot of breakfast options from a wonderful couple that they have such a kindness and positive energy and they are always next to you for everything you need. There is a lot of parking space (with charger for electric cars) and there is nothing to complain.

Only thing I wasn't keen on was the gadget within the kettle for limescale. The smell from it wasn't to my liking but that's me just being a bit picky, as that's something we don't need in Scotland.

I was taking part in an event at the nearby Hartpury University and this accommodation is perfect. The room was clean, tidy and a nice touch was a welcoming cake on arrival. Everything that was required for breakfast was within your room, which was great. Shower was fantastic. There are two local pubs in the area that do food and are very welcoming. Aileen was the perfect host from the moment I arrived, until the time I left.

The breakfast provided was excellent and the property was beautifully presented and clean with a luxurious bathroom. There was noise from the road and a fan would have been a great addition to keep us cooler at night.

Lovely large room. The cake as a welcome gift was a nice touch. Breakfast choices (eat in the room continental) were simple but fresh and there was a fair selection. Excellent location for Hartpury College where we were attending an event.

Having to get breakfast in the room. The breakfast provided was nice, but not refreshed/topped up on the second day. I also like to eat away from where I sleep and chat with friends in a more communal area when travelling with others. But that's probably just me.

The location was perfect for us - only 5 minutes from Hartpury College, where we were attending the Festival of Dressage. Also, within 0.5 miles of a very good pub with well priced and very tasty food.

Very comfortable and safe as solo traveller. Microwave, tea/coffee, toast/croissants, fridge with fresh berries daily, a lovely touch. Washing up taken away and returned like magic. Lots of space in Beehive. 2nd stay. I will book again
