Excellent location in heart o SOHO. Good but pricey breakfast delivered to room. Friendly and accommodating staff.lighting

Lighting control was idiosyncratic, a/c didn't reach bathroom. We experienced major problem with shower that caused disruption for a full day and awkward temporary fix for remainder of stay. They did try to take care and gave us partial credit for that day

The staffs are friendly, professional and helpful. I love when I entered the hotel and it was very quiet; in contrast to the chaotic London outside. The library and the work room are nice. Our junior suite room was also very beautiful.

Our duplex room was very goo, nearly perfect. Only one point that I didn’t like is the toilet. The toilet was decorated by being hided in the bench cabinet. It’s cool but not comfortable though.

What a treasure of a hotel! I loved the warm and elegant decor throughout. My room was smaller but very comfortable with a unique bathroom feature. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And the location was ideal for both the theatre show I was seeing as well as the Underground. I am only sad my stay was not longer.

Great location, walking distance from West End theaters and trendy Covent Garden restaurants. Friendly staff who helped us with our bags. No noise at all despite being on a bustling street with lots of nightlife.

Hotel room floor was noticeably slanted to the point where it was difficult to walk around inside. Hotel room was quite cramped for 2 people with luggage. Hotel room was up approx. 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. Shower was in the bath with a handheld shower head only and no mounted hook or stand, meaning we had to hold the shower head the whole time. Also no shower curtain or screen making it difficult to keep the bathroom dry.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Soho, the rooms were amazing, and the breakfast was superb. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to Oxford street, along with many pubs, restaurants and theatres.

    Nothing, the place was perfect.

The room was wonderful. It tread the line between historical and chic. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was awesome.

The bed was slightly small and high, nearly dropped off the edge twice. The floorboards were a little creaky and noisy, though this is to be expected in a historical building.

Everything. But especially how attentive the staff were.

The stairs to the first room I had struck me as an accident waiting to happen. Not really the right place for a disabled traveler. Lots of stairs and bits and bumps.

Location is perfect, a lovely part of Soho, great for exploring London on foot. The bed was plush and the bath was a total dream. I was concerned the single room might be too small but it was enough to feel comfortable. Will recommend and can’t wait to return.

It was quiet and quirky, somewhere out of the ordinary and fine for a couple of nights. The staff were friendly and everywhere was well appointed and clean and tidy.

Was awoken early by inconsiderate guests being noisy on the stairs which each room is adjacent to.

Hazlitt’s is a charming spot—small, elegant, and full of personality. It’s a townhouse-style hotel with antique furniture and historic touches, but still super comfortable with great air con (a rare find in older buildings like this). The vibe is really cozy and welcoming. Staff super friendly. There’s a cute library and a few sitting rooms where you can relax, plus an honour bar which gives it a bit of a homey feel. The minibar in the room had a great selection too—not just the usual boring stuff. I stayed in a single room that was small but really lovely, with a beautiful clawfoot tub. I didn’t try the breakfast, but I liked that you could have it delivered to your room or eat in one of the lounges instead of a formal dining room. The location is amazing—right in the heart of Soho—but that does mean some nighttime noise. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room on a higher floor. Overall, a great pick if you’re after something with charm and character in a lively part of London.

Charging connections - no USB or USBc ports, which perhaps isn't surprising for an older building - make sure you have a charging device with traditional plug.

Beautifully decorated with loads of character and in a fantastic location right in the middle of busy Soho with endless bars and restaurants to choose from.

    Nothing really.
