Would of been nice to have a chair each in the bedroom to sit on. A shelf in tha bathroom would of been nice to put our toiletries on. Our glass shelf was missing. Double socket near phone next to bed you couldn't switch the switch off as very stiff. Towel hooks on back of bathroom door was broken. We did also report our toilet seat had come loose.

Huge and really lovely room with very good aircon. Food was good. Reception were very helpful and friendly.

Staff very helpful and welcoming. Great location near beach and sea view. Recommend for those without cars who would prefer to avoid walking up some of the steep hills in Bournemouth to get to and from their hotel. Breakfast was good and constantly replenished.

Certain areas need modernisation, I believe investing in the hotel during off peak will surely help everyone in the long term and more happy customers 😀

The location was perfect, just few steps away from the gorgeous sandy beach and the park. I am glad that our needs were accommodated. Breakfast was good, option of vegan sausages on demand, the room was very well spaced (room 606), suitable for family with kid.

The only downsides were that the guests opposite us let their children run up and down the corridor, banging doors and shouting, which woke us up quite early and no one from the hotel came to address the noise. Also, the lift was a bit old and slow, so if a few people were using it at once, there could be a wait. Other than that, everything else was great.

We had a lovely stay! When we arrived, there was a “Happy Anniversary” note and some yummy cake waiting in our room , such a thoughtful touch. The room was well laid out with everything we needed, plus plenty of TV options. The hotel itself is in an amazing location, just a short walk to bars, restaurants, the beach, and the pier. There’s also a bar and dining area on site (though we mostly ate out), and reception was always staffed.

Some parts needed updating/repair. Windows didn’t close properly. There was no information in the hotel room such as how to contact reception, restaurant opening times etc.

Location, Location, Location! The close proximity to the beach and the Pier is the biggest asset of the hotel. Rooms seem to have been refurbished since my last visit. Netflix on the TVs was a great way for the kids to relax after a day on the beach.

The water pressure was not great, it could be much better, especially in the tap. The hot water was working perfectly. There was only one lift, so it was a bit tricky going in/out during 'peak hours'.

The location was excellent, just in front of the beach. The staff was kind and helpful. The beds and pillows were comfy, the room size was very decent. Besides, there was a kettle in the room to do tea and coffee. You get a discount if you'd like to use the services from their partner hotels, for example, we went to the Oceana Spa and it was great. We've also hear we could have used the swimming pool from the other hotels they partner with (they were next to the Oceana Spa).

Only got water on the first day complimentary . For a four star hotel you think they give you water threw your stay after all hotel wasn’t cheap. Only two tissues in the box no one bother topping up nor the soap dispensers.I mentioned my visit was for my birthday and if they could do something nice etc . They didn’t even wish me happy birthday. We stayed there 3nights

I loved the location right by the sea front 😍 I also found the staff very helpful approachable. And came through for me when I was not happy with the room that I booked. Came through for me with an upgrade on my room. So thank you very much

There is a fee of £14 per day to park subject to availability as it states at the hotel. Even if there is 20 spaces they want you to pay. Not always someone at the bar if you want a drink. It was clean, just dusty as on the main road.
