Everything was so so perfect! Totally recommend this studio flat. The owner was super thoughtful, she had put drinks and water in the fridge, also some very useful cooking stuff. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook , the toilet was clean, towels were clean, it smelled fresh and all the cleaning products were in place if we needed to use them at some point. The bed was super comfortable, it had a tv which you could watch netlfix or prime on it , everything was spotless including the furnitures , the floor, the kitchen, the toilet. It also has a washing machine which was so convenient! I travel so often and I have never been to a better airbnb as this one. The location was 10/10 as well, infront of the flat , there are shops, restaurants, supermarket and it's literally on High Street Barnet which was amazing and convenient for our stay. We actually ended up staying longer and it was an experience like never before.

Not the fault of host, but traffic going over a loose drain cover outside the building was annoying. There is no room for easy chairs.

Really clean apartment. All amenities provided, hot water. Responsive host. Would recommend this place! 7 min walk from train station which will take you the city center within 30 minutes. Just note that the station walk is a bit uphill/downhill (depending on you leaving or arriving).

The bed was uncomfortable. The neighbours were often smoking inside their room. Thus our room smelled of tobacco smoke.

As the flat is on the High street it can be a bit noisy during the evening and morning rush hour but Mily does mention this.

The flat is incredibly clean, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is compact but functional. A very nice touch of Mily to leave coffee and tea as well as water and coke in the fridge. Just opposite a Tesco’s express for a quick shop or a Waitrose a bit further along the High Street. Mily was there to meet me to give me the keys.

The Studio Flat in High Barnet sits above the shops on the High Street. It has great access to everything and is well provisioned, so you can shift in and continue your normal life and experience the local area. We stayed for a couple of weeks. It was fabulously clean and Mily the manager was highly accessible and help make our stay workable. The unit is in an old building where the upper floors have been divided into units. If you are looking for the Marriot, this is not it, but it provides an alternative lifestyle. As a consequence of its history there are a number of limitations. 1. There is no lift and you are faced with dragging your suitcase up a narrow flight of stairs. 2. The flat is one-step split level, and particularly at the start of your stay you need to be focused carefully at night on the way to the loo not to fall. 3. The ventilation is limited to a single small window having a choice of traffic noise or heat. Like many places in UK, Studio Flat is not designed for hot weather. We were there during a hot spell and the cooling reliant on a column fan struggled in the early part of the night making for an uncomfortable start to sleep 4. The bed is in a narrow corridor with only one of side access. 5. Provision of only a single set of keys

The aspects where the property excelled were: 1. The high level and rapid communication with Mily the manager 2. The excellent level of maintained cleanliness 3. A proper shower rather than the potentially dangerous and awkward shower-over-bath. 4. Fitted to support cooking, having a gas stove, a fridge and sink and was well stocked out with cooking and eating accessories. 5. Provisioned of coffee machine and coffee pods, tea, sugar, while beer and Coke were in the fridge, and cooking fundamentals such as salt and oil were present. Add your ingredients and you are ready to cook. 6. A shared washing machine adjacent to the flat door. 7. A great location. It is situated in the centre of High Barnet, meaning access to shops such as Tesco Express, The Mitre Tavern with its live music and the Red Lion, hair dressers and fast food all within a few minutes. Moreover the Underground Rail providing access to London Central is a short walk, as are the wider selection of shops including Waitrose. Museums, the historic church and a hospital are nearby. Bus services are outside the door. 8. Provision of wifi.

There wasn't anything to dislike about it, I would recommend to anyone who wants to book. Location was perfect and close to all amenities, perfect for a short stay. We stayed for 3 nights. 👌😃

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was perfect for me.

It was very clean and modern. It was exactly as shown in the photos on the booking. Coffee machine with a good supply and variety of coffee pods. Powerful shower. Even though its on a High Street it is really quiet. Comfortable bed. Good Internet. Short walk from the tube. This flat had everything I needed. I will definitely be booking again next time I stay in London.

Actually nothing related to the host and the apartment. As far as I can conclude, some of the neighbours were probably smoking in the staircase during our stay, so there was a smell occasionally coming into the apartment. Not a big problem for us anyhow

The apartment was very clean, warm and cozy. The host was very helpful and the stay was great! The coffee machine and other available stuff was a big plus and made us feel like home. Very close to the tube station (around 6-7 minutes walk) and all the necessary shops/restaurants/bars are nearby. The area of Barnet itself is a historical place with a nice old church and several bars established already in the 17th century, really recommend visiting :) All the best for the hosts in future!

The communal entrance stairway is grubby and smelly. Once you get into the apartment though, it is modern comfortable, pristine and very recently refurbished.

Was really lovely and really clean….the only thing was , the bed was awful and we hardly slept and no fan and we were boiling in the summer. But 10/10 for cleanliness and facilities.
