Lovely and superclean room, good location, very friendly and helpful owner

The location was really good, a good base for exploring! Jayne was very friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was varied plentiful delicious and prompt. The location was ideal for exploring the area and we were made to feel very welcome. The room/en-suite was perfect with a very comfortable bed and beautifully decorated with lovely toiletries.

Don’t hesitate to book – it is perfect We stayed for three nights and everything about this bed and breakfast exceeded our expectations. The host, Jayne, was absolutely excellent – warm and welcoming without ever being overbearing. She has a real attention to detail, and it shows in every aspect of the stay. From thoughtful suggestions on things to do in the area, to the small touches that made us feel completely looked after, nothing was overlooked. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Each night we returned to find full service: fresh towels, replenished tea, coffee, and cookies – those little touches that make such a difference. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, with a delicious cooked option alongside a fresh fruit salad and cereals etc. The host is clearly a perfectionist in the best possible way, ensuring guests feel both comfortable and cared for. It’s rare to find a place where the small things are done so well, and it really elevated our experience. Highly recommended – you won’t regret staying here!

No complaints at all

Location was great, I was visiting family. Host was lovely & welcoming. I only had small bite for breakfast as I was joining family for breakfast. But the breakfast the other guests had looked very good

Just maybe some blackout lining in the curtains. Im used to it at home, but didnt spoil my stay

Jayne was an amazing host! She was friendly, helpful and went out of her way to make sure our room and bedding were clean to accommodate our child’s dustmite allergy. She also provided an excellent breakfast with a lovely spread of continental breakfast items along with home baked bread and hot cooked breakfast, fully accommodating my food intolerances too. We felt very spoiled! The room was fantastic too with modern and well equipped en-suite shower room and plenty of storage space. Strongly recommended!

Jayne was wonderful host it was like home from home . She was caring to peoples needs from caring chat to birthday cake at breakfast . Such a lovely lady and fabulous place to stay . We will defo be back

Everything was as we had hoped it would be, parking, room, breakfast and a very attentive host.

We were completely satisfied with everything, we have no ‘dislikes’.

Fantastic hospitality from Jayne. She really has thought of everything, from tea and cake in the afternoon to a little dish of chocolates by the front door! Very clean and comfortable throughout. Lovely breakfast. A truly exceptional B&B.
