Spiral stairs could be tricky if you have mobility issues, thankfully we didnt. Shower can be a bit tricky getting temp right, and if you dont like hourly church bells then this is not for you , personally we had no issues with these, otherwise great little place.

It was not an issue for us BUT the bells are loud at night from the Minster (we knew about it) maybe remember some earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Spiral staircase is tight, so tricky for bags (if you are OK carrying bags then fine) maybe take several smaller bags rather than a larger one. These are not gripes just advice on how to best enjoy a stay at this lovely place.

Brilliant location, good facilities (all you need for a weekend). Very helpful host and ace at sorting out parking permit (you will need it if arriving by car!). Nice and warm, clean. Lovely spot for a base to explore Beverley.

Nothing - this is a great place to stay in Beverley. People need to be aware of the access to the accommodation which is via a metal circular staircase but other than that we loved it - it was our second stay

This is a wonderful location with a great view of the Minster and so close to the local pub the Monk's Walk Inn. The town is easily reached in the opposite direction and the on street parking is not too difficult. The house has everything you could need.

This is constructive feedback - limited supplies in kitchen, would have been nice to have fresh milk bottle in fridge, or even UHT milk for when we arrived. Minimal kitchen roll, no tissue boxes, and v bare minimum shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. Also, for those less agile, you do have to go up a spiral outdoor metal stair case, which is not easy to navigate when the rains is pouring and you have a large suitcase, so be aware…. HOWEVER the apartment/flat is great.

Location was amazing, I was travelling with my brother visiting our parents to celebrate their 80th. This is 100 yards, if that, from the Beverley Minster (worth a visit) one way, and the Monks Walk pub (definitely worth a visit!) the other direction, and a short 3 minute walk to the Wednesday Market stalls which leads to the other main shopping/cafe area - so perfect location.

Light sleepers beware...proximity to the cathedral means you can appreciate the Minster bells which ring every quarter of an hour! A feature of Beverley.

A slightly adventurous entrance set the tone of our stay. The proximity to the Minster and the town centre was fantastic. Our host was very friendly and helpful . The accommodation was spacious and four grown people could move around each other easily. The apartment, on two storeys had everything we needed. We were very grateful that our host prearranged parking permits for us.

Metal spiral staircase to access the flat was a bit tricky late at night! TV control instructions very difficult to understand, but it looks like someone has overwritten them in the hand book. Parking in Beverly is not easy, but that is not the fault of the property. We used one of the car parks and walked.

Great location very near the Minster. Feels a bit dated, but charming, a bit like staying at your aunties! Clean and comfortable. heating efficient. Large kitchen diner. comfortable sitting room. Good value for money.

Hard work getting parked, appartment old stuff & very dated, needed 3 keys to access, never known a fridge with no freezer compartment, not impressed. With booking.com either lately.

Didn’t like that the bathroom was off the main bedroom. The shower wasn’t great.

Anna was extremely helpful and responded quickly. Easy to access property and great location ( apart from the church bells chiming constantly !). Although a little old fashioned the apartment had all that we needed.
