We frequently heard a banging noise which sounded like water pipes, I assume when someone used the shower or flushed the loo. I’m a very light sleeper so I did find this a bit annoying. I didn’t ask for a room change because I figured it might happen throughout the whole hotel and wasn’t something that they could rectify anyway. It didn’t spoil my enjoyment of the place though.

restaurant service poor had asked on booking for quiet table due to my teenage son having autism ,friday night got seated at busiest area for traffic ,asked to moved and was accommodated same issue on sat night,asked to be moved and was told no even though quieter tables were available. waiting staff Had asked manger who refused . ordered good red wine both nights ,first night I had to open bottle myself which I have no issue with but saturday night bottle came opened to the table which is a no no when your spending approx £70 on a bottle and again given a white wine glass,was told there was no red wine glasses I walked to the bar at reception and got a red wine glass.problem solved restaurant manager on duty needed to be more attentive

The girl that checked us in was amazing she asked about what our stay was for we told her it was for our anniversary and she couldn't do enough for us she went as far as bringing up chocolates and a lovely card to our room which was a really nice touch bar staff as well they no there cocktails made to perfection really lovely relaxing place to stay

I would have appreciated some bottled water in the fridge on arrival. Although I loved the complimentary warm cookie on check in. There is only 1 mirror located in the bathroom. As a girl, I would have appreciated a long mirror in the bedroom.

All the staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was exceptional. We had lunch and dinner here. The only thing was it was the same menu for both. However, there is a great variety. There is lots to do in the hotel ie. Spa, gym, pool, driving range, and golf course. We enjoyed our stay here, and we will be back.

I was woken up at 8.10am by hammering. I knew there were renovations happening when booked but this is still very early! Very pricey for one person to stay the night (£184)

The Hotel has had a makeover since we last visited, nice and modern feel. We loved the hydrotherapy pool, salt room, and other relaxing facilities. Dinner was delicious also!

We were offered an upgrade to a bigger room overlooking the golf course - Fantastic! Friendly and professional staff - particularly attendant at check-out Good breakfast, bar and restaurant Close to Belfast and International Airport
