The car parking we did however understand later how much the British have turned into money grabbers it would have been helpful if we had known before we left Canada so that we could set up our bank here before we left Many people do not use their home phone provider when traveling Had we been armed with this information ahead of time we would have had a better stay I am from N Wales and was surprised to see in this day and age how people still use coins This shows how many times we came across British hurdles put there by people not willing to set things up properly and stop grabbing for the last pound. It was however not the owner's fault but a little guidance would have been helpful before we left home.

The responses from the owner were excellent. We unfortunately rented a place for 4. We were not the target customers never the less we enjoyed our stay

A minor inconvenience is parking but only because the pay by phone app doesn't work on non-uk phones. If the local car park had a card payment option, that would be perfect but it really wasn't an issue. I would maybe update the welcome instructions with this (that paybyphone works fine over web) for us foreigners as it's something that worried me a bit beforehand and turned out not to be an issue. Also that overnight parking is free from 8pm to 8am.

The appartment had everything we needed (and more). Was clean and comfortable, especially the beds (which is always my main complaint when away from home). Location was perfect, there's everything you need within minutes of walking. Can recommend and I will definitely book again next time if it's free.

We could not get the heaters in the bedrooms to work.

I loved the location. Also the facilities in the flat were great. It was in a good location for taking in the sites.

The property is very modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, with close access to takeaways, pubs, shops and a large carpark just behind the property.

We found the electric radiators a bit tricky to get to grips with but figured it out the second day.

Fantastic kitchen and living facilities which even had a basket of kids toys. A real home from home.

Fantastic location in the centre of the village- perfect for exploring the whole island. The apartment was spotless, spacious, comfortable and a real home from home! The owners have gone to so much trouble to add extra touches for their guests and it feels so cosy.

Nothing not to like! But just a recommendation, a door across the entrance near kitchen would help to keep the apartment warmer and save having to use so much heating 😊

Everything, well laid out, nothing needed in the kitchen , lounge comfortable, bedrooms very nicely made, restful and cool! Which is good for me. Heating for those who need it .

Very little to dislike - the bathroom door needs a bit of attention (stiff and catching on floor making it difficult to shut). Nothing to do with the property itself - but we had a parking ticket after falling foul of a parking attendant by just 12 mins after 8am on a Sunday, so beware. Otherwise, absolutely great and would be happy to stay again and recommend.

Very well equipped, very clean, comfortable and cosy. We had the upstairs apartment and felt immediately ‘at home’. We had a lovely weekend there.

No real issues with the property.

The flat was nice and clean, spacious and had everything needed for a short stay. Communications with the host were great, they were always quick to respond, friendly and helpful.

The location was a great base to explore with lots of choices of local eateries within walking distance. Dylan’s was lovely. The apartment was clean and well equipped.
