We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe property was small and cozy but didn’t feel too cramped with 2 of us and the dogs. The cottage has pretty much everything you need to make a home from home and a lovely welcome pack with some essentials and snacks. The garden is fully enclosed which is perfect for the dogs. There are some lovely little walks from the cottage. The fire was just the Cherry on top for the cottage.

United KingdomThe house was very warm with plenty of hot water. The kitchen utensils were of poor quality. There was no bread bin or bread knife. Could do with more bowls etc. especially if you were making things like scrambled eggs etc. Nowhere to hang clothes after washing. Very limited space for clothes.
The location was ideal for our stay. It was in a quiet area.. Parking was very good. Overall well worth a visit.

It was in a quiet village and easy to find. The back garden is secure for doggies to wander and I was able to park right beside the building for easy access. Host was lovely and showed me around. Food and drink was provided along with towels. It is perfect for one person or a couple to stay and has all the necessities you need.

very comfortable and well equipped - a lot of thought and care gone into kitting it out.
