It rained both nights so we couldn’t stay sitting around the blazing fire we’d built. But the property could hardly be blamed for that. If we’d been more organised, we would have put wood in the wood-burning stove in the Snug and cosied in there for the evening.

The pods were cosy and comfy, the extra touches like the tea house and the morning breakfasts were charming. The location was lovely.

The experience wasn't perfect because we slept very badly in that bed in the cabin. We think that if we come back one day we will upgrade to the other more expensive cabin as the bed looks more comfortable.

The place is very nice, I like the view from the cabin and other guests behaved very well. There is everything you need in the kitchen and you only need to bring your food.

Throughly enjoyed our stay,beautiful peaceful location. Well presented and thoughtful extras like seating,fire pit and our favourite the tea shack. Loved our breakfast pack. Definitely will be going back to stay.

Very picky because there was so much to love, a clean and dry tea towel in the snug and by the sinks would be the only thing we would have needed.

Well equipped, wanted for nothing, clean toilets and showers, snug was perfect to get out of the rain and the wood burning stove saved breakfast. We had two pods and the shepherds hut, all were perfect. Thanks for a great start to our tour.

Nothing i didn't like, place was amazing and such great value for money. Our shepherds hut was lovely, off grid, so no power, but had solar lighting. Bed was comfy and hut was spacious

Washrooms are up a hill. If you have mobility problems it’s not for you. Fortunately we were all fine.

There was a little tea shack which was absolutely lovely to brew a cuppa in the morning. My expectations were exceeded not only by the fact that each pod had his own fire place and outside seating, but also the pods being close together still gave the feeling of privacy. The bathrooms were very clean and the hosts super lovely. Can only recommend the place

We arrived in the dark and it was hard to know where things were located, eg parking, so some lit signage could be useful. It's a minor thing but we missed fruit juice at breakfast, but everything else was perfect.00

Beautiful peaceful location. Our cabin was so comfortable and well equipped. It felt like a hotel room in a campsite, the best of both worlds.
