The hosts are amazing, thank you for such a lovely stay! The most stunning place. I've stayed in so many places around the world and that's been the best breakfast I've had. Felt really safe and the place is stunning. Will definitely be back!

The room is surrounded by fruit and veg grown by the owners. They have areas in the garden for you to eat your breakfast which is absolutely delightful. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely go back if we found ourselves in this area again.

The Potting Shed is in the garden of Mathew's home which has the most beautiful gardens. We stayed for 1 night to break our journey south. Breakfast was served outside in the garden. Lovely table setting, wonderful food with amazing fresh coffee, just the best! Would recommend a stay. Thank you Mathew.

Would benefit from a larger TV.

Self contained unit, separate to the main house in a cute village. Quiet location. Comfortable bed. En suite. Tea and coffee making facilities. Great breakfast. Convenient road parking. Lovely garden. Matthew is a really nice host and made us very welcome. He was also very proactive in communicating with us in the run up to our stay. Would highly recommend.

Very cosy and comfortable. My 2 pet subjects to get right, pillows and coffee, were perfect! A delicious breakfast was included, top quality fresh ingredients, served in beautiful garden. Friendly, helpful host. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a hidden gem, a beautiful piece of the Great British countryside. I was sorry I was only staying 1 night. A beautiful idyllic village location. The Potting Shed had everything you could possibly need. Bed super comfortable, shower lovely & powerful. Nice products. Great selection of tea/coffee. The most delicious breakfast in the morning, cereal/tea/coffee/fresh juice/homemade Sour Dough by Karin, surely the best you will ever taste. Gardens are beautiful & the sky is so clear & unpolluted beautiful stars, self catered cottage overlooking picturesque church. I particularly enjoyed watching all the birds busying themselves on the laugh as I had my breakfast. Matthew & Karin wonderful hosts, so helpful, nothing too much trouble - couldn’t recommend highly enough, superb!

Spotless comfortable room. Excellent quality tea and coffee in the room. Free WiFi. Comfortable bed. Excellent cooked breakfast. Location is first class for the local wildlife reserves, and owners have a very good knowledge of the sites and amenities. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

We didn't like the appalling darkness of the surrounding countryside at night, but that's because we are weedy metropolitans.

Loved the bedroom. Comfortable, well lit, great ensuite shower. Breakfast both days was perfect and Matthew and Karin were great hosts. We will be back

The shower temperature was alright, but the max temperature wasn't that hot. Not a big deal though.

What a lovely cosy annex! The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the selection of teas in the room, as well as a kettle and bottles of water. The shower was good, and we liked the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The surrounding garden is beautiful (even in winter), and the location is so quiet and peaceful. It's a good place for exploring sights of Somerset and Glastonbury. Matthew was a lovely host and we appreciated his efforts and communication. Breakfast was also tasty and coffee superb! We got to cuddle with the dogs for a bit as well, and they were gorgeous and friendly.

The Potting Shed is an absolute gem, tucked away in a lovely little village. The hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Bed & bedding that you don't want to climb out of the next morning. Nice hot shower with Bramley products. A wonderful breakfast was served in the conservatory due to the weather; juice, cereal, fresh bread, local jam & honey, hot breakfast cooked to order ... I ate far more than I should have! Judging from the bookshelf in my room, it is a popular destination for bird watchers and wildlife lovers; I can't wait to come back for a social visit rather than work!
