Plug in my washbasin was broken. Not impressed with the food although the battered fish was great.

Hotel is in a really lovely part of Ilkley. By the river with plenty of walks . Open spaces at the side with a children's playground. Plenty of outside places to sit and have a drink or a meal. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Gorgeous location. Friendly staff with great service. Clean and comfortable room. Lovely breakfast. The covered terrace overlooking the river is magical and the food was great.

The water pressure in the shower was low which is probably more a local body supply issue given the unusually hot summer weather in 2025.

Breakfast was excellent in every way including the coffee. Our room was spacious, quiet and the bed firm and very comfortable. Dinner in the evening was also very good. The staff and owners welcoming, kind and always helpful. The location is superb. Situated alongside the River Wharfe and it's lovely riverside park and only a short walk away from interesting historical sites, main street shopping or eateries in Ilkley and the train station.

Excellent location, close to the river and walking distance to Ilkley. Room was comfy with a small but fully functional ensuite. Breakfast was huge and very good.

The room could have been a little cleaner. Mould in the shower. Bedside lights not plugged in and faulty lamp shade not secured.

The car park is shared with "jo public" and gets full at times. The rear outside bar area was a bit grubby and needs a good thorough deep clean. No fruit available at breakfast

Nothing I didn’t like, but we booked last minute and got a room on top floor. Little bit small but clean and well equipped. Off you have mobility issues make sure you get a room on the lower floors.

Location parking staff were fantastic, couldn’t have been more helpful lovely outside seating area for the bar overlooking the river. Excellent breakfast. Didn’t have evening meal there.

Lovely hotel right by the river and next to a park. Rooms clean and comfortable. Bar had reasonably priced drinks and food. We ate their 2nd night and the meals were nice. Breakfast in the morning was good. 5 minute walk into the town through the park.

No fresh fruit at breakfast. Shower in Room 9 very low pressure. Bottom of Shower door had black mould along it's length. Room had hairs on the carpet, not from me. Cobwebs around TV. Overall room cleaning not thorough enough.
