Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

B & B is exceptional Mandy & Gary are also exceptional hosts Fantastic breakfast menu with homemade produce, jams, bread, vegetables, herbs & local sausages. Mandy & Gary look after you well & put you first with your needs at any time of the day. Mandy & Gary are interested in your plans & interests for your day. They both give excellent tourist advice. They are interested in the area's culture & eager to learn more about sites of interest that you have visited, local family history & sharing sites & advetures that they have experienced in County Fermanagh & beyond. We enjoyed the friendliness & home cooked food from their organic vegetable plot which they showed us around & explained their future plans to live off their land. We loved the quiet & peaceful location with towns, country estates, nature locations & water ways on the door step! Their B & B is beautifully kept, clean & sits alone on a large grren plot with a good drive. We visited: Lisnaskea - Marble Arch Caves - Florence Court - Various nature walks with forest viewpoints/nature drives - Pollongollum caves/waterfall - Enniskillen - Irvinestown - Lisbellaw - Kestrel boat tour to Devenish Island & the railway museum & barbers in Enniskillen is a must for those that need 'to smell steam'.

United KingdomGary and Mandy were excellent hosts during our stay. Nice clean bedroom and bathroom. Good breakfast selection with vegan and vegetarian options available. Also, the menu was supplemented with some home made and home grown fare. Gary gave us some good advice on local attractions and places to visit. Inishmore Island B&B is only a 15 minute drive from Enniskillen and its rural location would be more suitable to those travelling by car. Good jump off point to explore parts of Counties Fermanagh, Cavan, Leitrim and Donegal.

United KingdomNormally I am a total tightwad and would bivi in a bush to save money but when searching for accommodation near to Belle Isle for a wedding, Gary and Mandy’s place was the only place that was close enough. I was totally blown away by how lovely they were to me, I felt like their adopted son, they helped me with a few things when I need it but largely left me to it which was perfect. I had a key to the pace and my room and bathroom was tucked away. The place was immaculate with all the amenities you could needed. There was a bath and a shower in the bathroom I had access to, soaps, tea and coffee in my room, giant lotus biscuits, super comfy bed, wardrobe. Breakfast was great too, they bought me in veggie sausages to try, had a selection of hand picked fruit from their garden as well as homemade jams and bread too. I’d loved my stay here, would highly recommended it and would even try and stay here myself again, if/when I am back in this area. Thanks again Gary and Mandy.

IrelandThis very beautiful landscape close to marble arch caves and Florence court, a stately house now managed by the national trust, in the grounds of 7,000 acres of pasture, woodland and beautiful gardens. This area is the hidden Burren of Fermanagh and Cavan, called geopark, a world heritage site. Follow the light shining here, Gary and Mandy’s air b & b is situated in a terrific location. Their beautiful nest is spick and span. Their warm friendliness makes their guests comfortable with no task too big to make their guests feel at home and they like to spoil them. They cook delicious meals, all prepared with love and laughter. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail makes them terrific hosts. Staying with Gary and Mandy will make you want to come back for more. Michael Gygax and Analucia Michelan

United KingdomThere is nothing to fault here.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome. Almost like visiting old friends. We even got homemade cake, which was scrummy. The owners (Gary & Mandy) went out of their way to ensure we never never wanted for anything and were so friendly throughout our stay, without ever being overbearing. Just genuinely lovely interesting people. The facilities are first rate and the house is beautiful. We'd never brought our dog to a B&B before, but she settled right in, and owners were dog lovers. We, of course, ensured our dog was under control, but Freya was never restricted. The breakfasts were everything you could want in a wholesome meal. Cooked to a high standard and presented excellently. There were additional choices of cereals, juices, and catering for all. The mamerlade was amazing! The breakfast room itself was light, roomy, and fresh. Perfect to start your morning in. The common room living area was spacious with lovely big windows to enjoy the view with a TV, books, and games available for those lazy afternoons. The dog friendly room was spacious, well decorated, and again light and airy with plenty of storage and your own kettle, refilled water, and milk with choice of teas and coffee. We even got cute mini Easter eggs, nice touch. There was a dog bed and feed matt for dog, so everything was thought of. The bathroom was well designed, spotlessly clean, and has a huge walk-in shower. Ample towels were provided, and the water pressure was amazing for great hot showers. The house is beautiful, and a lot of love has clearly gone into the decor. Overall, this is a top rated B&B in a great location to explore. Very quiet but close enough to town to get out and about quickly. The care and attention by the owners make your stay memorable, and I can't imagine anyone not enjoying their time there and leaving with fond memories.

We had a really good breakfast with fresh local produce, like home baked bread and a selection of jam. Everything was prepared to our liking and nothing was any trouble to our lovely hosts.
