Midgies in the room. 2 nights being abused by these little flies. Couldn't seem to find where they were coming from. King room is 2 single beds pushed together.

First room we had number 5 , no towels , no toilet paper and serve damp which made my partners allergies become a problem,

There was a musty smell that lingered. The toilet dripped constantly keeping us awake. No mirror in the dark bathroom. Mirror in living area was fine if you were over 6 foot.

Good location for our hockey weekend. Flat 9 so we parked around the back making it easier to transfer hockey out in and out of the car.

Tv didn't work. And shower could be used only if you held shower head as the fix part was broken. And partner ended up going to friends for shower,

Very small room. Key lock was nightmare. Didn't see any staff whilst at property. Kitchen was dirty.

Cost was good and bed, shower were goog. There's ample parking opposite even if not on site.

Poor cleanliness No Wi-Fi like stated which tv tan off and didn’t work Unable turn off radiator which was on full heat so like a sauna. Choose kingside toon n bed and was x2 different height single beds pushed together

The room was not very clean, the wall tv was not working,. However they supplied another that you couldn't see unless in bed the wrong way round.

Everything else! The room was dirty, full of flies, the shower was a joke, freezing cold for 10 secs, then boiling hot for 10 secs and so on. Had what looked like Gas Central Heating, but still put in an electric heater that I kept tripping over as the cable was lying loosely right at the entrance. For £169.90 for 2 nights it really was not worth the money. Never again. The only thing in that room that was clean, was the bed.

when I arrived into my “queens room” it was totally unsatisfactory. The shared bathroom was totally cluttered and untidy mostly by other residents items. The residents kitchen outside my room door was not clean and made the whole floor smell of “cooking”. To make matters worse my room door lock was insecure.

the property was close to ferry links I wanted. I needed moving to another room due to a broken lock which the staff sorted quickly.

The cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the facilities were shocking - the cleanliness was beyond shocking. the bed was uncomfortable but the room cleanliness overtook the comfort for sleeping.

Dirty could do with a clean, bed smell, the sheets were not changed on the bed TV didn't work Could only just get in the shower as the door doesn't open enough (to close to the sink) Could hear everything from the next doors room no sound proofing at all. Bed mattress was the worst I have every sleeped on

After booking the accommodation people not looking mail always. The process of check in is quite time taking, specially people are tired full day and on arrival they need to wait for long. check in process should be the simple for easy going.
