A teapot, the only thing we didn't have!!

The house was very well equipped with all the things needed to cater and eat for a group of 8. Dining table big enough with enough chairs for 8. The oven and cooker were easy to use and worked well. There were lots of pans, sharp knives, serving dishes etc etc. We like to cook and had no trouble preparing the meals we had chosen. Also plenty of glasses, cafetiere, fridge space etc. The coffee filter machine and the wine fridge were great additions.

Amazing views of Aberaeron harbour, beautifully furnished, and a stones throw away from gor geous ice cream at Angelato. We will be back.

Not much - the downstairs bedrooms are a little noisy but you are in the centre of the town and right by the main road - but really not a big problem as expected.

The location, the view from the living room window, the quality of fixtures and fittings, the courtyard garden and contact and warm welcome from owner.

Very close to main road and front bedrooms really suffered from traffic noise. 2 bedrooms have double glazing, but it didn't seem to help much, and one bedroom has no double glazing. It wouldn't stop us staying again, but important for people to know.

Light sleepers may find the front ground bedrooms a little noisy in the early morning from the road traffic but the other bedrooms and all other rooms are fine.

Beautiful house with amazing view of the harbour. The living room is on the 2nd floor so the elevated position is great. Good facilities and lovely decor. Nice shower. Lovely patio area outside with easy access to the harbour. Perfect location for exploring the town. Hosts were really friendly and helpful.

It’s on a very noisy road and with single pane glazing it was very noisy in the two front bedrooms.

The views were amazing, place done beautifully, host was quick and very responsive to a few issues that we had.

It’s was a lovely dated property but had super modern facilities and everything you could think of. Attention to detail was amazing. Views were out of this world and cottage very close to everything.

Only on a personal note the upstairs bedroom would of been better for us personally if it had 2 static single divans . More suited as a twin children's room but would not stop us staying again.

It was like a home from home. There were 8 adults staying for a family celebration and we even cooked a Sunday lunch for us all. Kitchen and house both had amazing facilities. It was wonderful.!!

The house was beautiful, and the setting was amazing. Our host was easy to contact and extremely accommodating. There were also some lovely complimentary items and a lovely welcome card, which was a beautiful touch.

The house and location are absolutely stunning. The layout of the house makes it light and airy with the harbour view the standout feature. We didn't venture very far because we had come to visit friends who live locally, so we spent most of our time enjoying the view and watching the tide come in and go out - the binoculars were well used. Even the teenagers were happy to sit on the terrace and enjoy the view! The house had everything that we could possibly need and everything was clean and tidy. Jeremy was an excellent host and the welcome pack was enjoyed by everyone. We will definitely be back again.

The views over the harbour were amazing and the house has been modified to maximse this with an upstairs living area for all to enjoy. The house is fitted to an exceptional standard and we had a warm welcome from Jeremy, who had left a very generous welcome pack. Multiple wonderful restaurants within 5 minutes walk, we used Harbourmaster, Y Selar and Hive. Our only regret was that we ate out too much and didn't use the house and terrace enough!!

The property was listed as having parking which was a little misleading. We did always find somewhere to park however it was not what we expected. There is no designated parking for this property instead vehicles park on the main road (if there is space available), on a grass area a little further up the street (if there is space available) or behind the church (if there is space available) on one occasion when we had to park behind the church we were approached by a gentleman from the church and had to explain why we were parking there. He was very nice and said it was ok on this occasion but explained that if the church was in use during the week we wouldn’t be able to park there. We own a large vehicle so found the parking situation challenging. Having chosen a property that listed itself as having parking we were disappointed by what was available and found it a daily stress. The property itself was lovely and suited us well. It would have been nice to have had access to a broom or dustpan and brush. We found that as the week went on the floors felt gritty with sand and the kitchen area got crummy but there was nothing in the property to use to clean these areas.

Fabulous views from the sitting room. Nice modern facilities. Great location to travel around from. Lots of great beaches within a drivable distance.

The bedrooms. No double glazing, the bedrooms are at the front (bar one) & house is on the road so felt a bit like sleeping on the pavement. Was very noisy. So opening windows for air was not an option. Also bedroom upstairs the window does not open which was a bit unnerving-and hot. Couldn’t really open curtains- for the light -either as no screens/voiles-getting dressed, moving about room in morning etc Tv was a bit small but first world problem. Clock has stopped. Speaker has no batteries.

Great location in the town. Very well equipped. Super view. Nice interiors Handy outside space Was glad of hairdryer 👍 forgot ours.
