So so welcoming and so lovely, offering us lots of extras like snacks, ice cream, drinks etc! The room was so clean and a good size, they let us park early before check in and we’re always on hand for anything. Only a 20 min walk from coop live with free parking and for a bargain price on an event day! Felt very safe and secure and the area was lovely!

Everything honestly It's quiet, easy to find, very accommodating, close to a bit of everything, and the little one was so lovely to interact with Thank you to Vikram & your lovely family for such a lovely time & experience Lovely Attentive & Kind host Great snacks, cool appliances set up, easy to reach outlets, I could honestly go on & on I felt safe & welcome 🥹 That's important to me Bed so comfy it was hard to leave & I had everything I needed fr😌 I already booked again lol Love this place 10/10 I'm already back again 😆 Almost don't want no one to know about the place so I can enjoy all to myself 😅😆

Nothing in particular, maybe could have been a couple of £'s cheaper given it's location being out of centre and compared to it's competition but I'm not picking and still was happy overall.

Vikram was very friendly he had lots of knowledge about the local area which he was willing to share and he was very attentive. We felt like the host really wanted us to have a comfortable stay and there was a great selection of snacks.

The hosts were fabulous and couldn't do enough for us. The room was great and had everything we needed. The property was close to excellent transport links. Really comfortable bed and the safe free parking was a great bonus.

The room needs to be refurbished. There were empty boxes from other stuff around the house in the closet, so we were unable to put our luggage in.

Good value for money, quiet neighbourhood, and close to public transport. The goodies offered were a nice touch. Good option if you travel alone or for work. Quiet friendly owners!

I couldn’t recommend this place enough, the place itself was very clean and well taken care of, the host provided us with everything you could need for example a kettle , a mini fridge , bowls with cereal and soups… ect. The list goes on, was easy to find and to check in. When leaving the property we was met with the host and a selection of food items to eat which was very thoughtful. I would definitely be staying here again .

The mattress and window could be better.

Location excellent, host fine friendly easy to find, room comfy microwave and kettle in the room with a fridge. Bed was comfy and large. Would stay again recommend for the price :-)

It was quite hot, but this wasn’t the host fault. There was just a heat wave and they were nice to provide a standing fan.

I like that the family was very welcoming , nice and friendly. There was a private fridge and microwave which was good. And so much nibbles too.
