The site was easy to locate, but finding the specific caravan was a bit of a challenge.

The host was exceptionally professional and reliable throughout our stay. He responded promptly to all our queries and ensured we had everything we needed, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged with all the promised amenities. The location was also fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, yet still peaceful enough for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Beds are uncomfortable. Quite loud in the evenings when people are walking down the road past the caravan.

Bright caravan with brightly decorated rooms that little children would love. TV with Netflix etc and free WIFI. A short walk from the sea front, the market, the bars etc. Clean site. Everything you need in the caravan.

My wife went to the pool and asked a member of staff if the pool was open and he turned to her and asked if she blind and did she not see the sign to say it was closed. No help just no manners

Thought checking in times were abit late to settle for the day . Although appreciate there is a lot of preparation to get caravans ready for travellers ideal times for our family would be before 4pm.

Great value for money all facilities were at hand and in good working conditions location was great in walking distance to all family entertainment and shops ideal stay

It was very cold, no towels, no soap or hand cleaner, once on site no signs to direct you to the caravan

It was absolutely freezing through the night my 13 wk old and 15 month old woke up with purple hands and feet they were freezing my older lads had extra blankets on and were still freezing. We had all the heaters on but it didn't change anything

I went with my 3 children for new year, the caravan was freezing cold with very poor old fashioned heaters, it wasn’t until the day we was arriving the owners stated that we could not use any kitchen appliances same time as the fire or electric heater as this trips the electric, I had to call them out to rectify it and it happened 5 times more after, I messaged to ask them if I could have my money back and find somewhere elsewhere but I got ignored. We also ended up leaving a day early and I messaged to say I should really get some money back but same again, ignored. Would never stay again.

The caravan was clean, and when I complained how cold it was for myself and my children after the electric tripping whilst using the heater the owners did come and bring some blankets and heaters, only issue is the heaters tripped the electric even more.

Very comfortable had everything you needed. The double bed is so comfortable, and having 2 toilets helped, and if you needed anything, the owners are a text message or phone call away, so we enjoyed every minute
