Only thing can really say is. Just needed a new light bulb in the lamp but can't complain really its just a light bulb room was still great without it

Great hotel stayed at. Bedroom lovely clean and tidy, decorated nice, love how they think of everything for the children they even leave some teddy's on the bed to put a smile on the kids faces when they go into the room, love the fact the television was good size great signal for blackpool and have WiFi.... the owners are so nice and friendly loved hearing from them about all there plans they will be doing on there hotel with refurbishments all the extra rooms that will be built extra family rooms with game rooms. Was quite amazed will definitely be staying again and highly recommend to others

The bathroom is very small, so wen u shower there is a bit of water on d floor ☺️ also cos is near the road, u could hear d bics and cars all night long. Also, room service is not everyday, for two night we spent our room wasn’t tidy up.

Would definitely return here again. The staff cant do enough to help you and make you feel welcome. I have a child with extra needs and they were brilliant with him. Breakfast was great selection and beds very comfortable.

Booked this for a wee last minute break and definitely made the right choice. Great location, nice and quiet but still right on the front and within 5 min walk of pleasure beach, water park and south pier. Staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly, they genuinely couldn't do enough for you. Great size family room easily accomodated 5 kids of varying ages. Would have no hesitation recommending and would definitely stay here again. Bonus for great continental breakfast and got to play with owners lovely dog. Give it a go, you wont be disappointed!

We have stayed several times before and this is the first time we have had very hard pillows. It wasn’t the end of the world for one night.

The hotel is close to the beach and pleasure beach. There is a tram stop nearby. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is limited free parking on the street in front of the hotel. The rooms are clean, have hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities and shampoo and shower gel.

Wish we could of had a hot breakfast option as judging by the effort in the continental selection, the hot breakfast items would have been just as fantastic and a welcome option given the Blackpool weather at times.

Loved the continental breakfast selection. Really good considering I have 2 very picky children.

Bathroom sink area was not 100% clean around the tap and there was no bathroom bin.

Welcoming hosts, comfortable room with excellent selection on the tea tray! Decent shower and comfortable bed.
