We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very central near nice local pub horse and jockey. It had car parking space and was very central.

United KingdomWorrying check in. We had advised time of arrival only to find inner door locked and we had not received a door code. There was a framed info on the side that stated reception is closed this evening but to ring a number if any problems. We spoke to a lady on the phone who gave a door code. Once in - all was deserted. We rang the reception bell. Finally decided we had to ring the lady again. As we were talking to her on the phone again - another lady came hurrying down the stairs full of apologies. This is not what you need after a days travelling - very unprofessional
