Fantastic location ,friendly staff and easy check in, communication was great throughout, the facility's and lovely surrounding are second to none, great food and reasonably priced.

No toilet but it was a last minute booking which on Booking.com said was a chalet

Stayed in an otter pod which was cosy & comfortable; it had a double bed & bunk beds, table & chairs & fridge. Plenty of sockets so you can bring slow cooker etc.

Cant say anything what I didnt like.

Exellent holiday place, the otter pod even had a toilet in, what was a bonus on comfort. The beach is amazing, breathtaking view. Night time entertainment is brilliant and enjoyed every night in there! We defo will be back here, loved the whole holiday park and the price was very friendly for the pod!

One small suggestion would be to add a few extra hooks or hangers in the bathroom, as it would make it easier to hang towels and clothes

Wi-Fi wasn’t available no phone reception in the caravan , but the caravan was very clean but very dated/basic but served a purpose it was good.

Roadworks detour unacceptable for newcomers. It took 1.5 hours to find the place. Sat Nav took us to the footpath along the cliff face.

The cafe is closed until lunchtime. If breakfast was served, I believe they would make a fortune, and it would have really made our stay that much more enjoyable. As a luxury caravan park, the touch of luxury was missing from the mornings. Just baps with bacon, eggs, or sausages and maybe pancakes with fruit and yogurt would have made our experience better. Also, I am sure I'm not alone in wanting fresh, barista made coffee in the morning, and just dont like buying coffee from a machine. I would have enjoyed more slots to the gym, as well as block out blinds in the caravan to ensure better sleep. The mattress in the double lessons bed was awful, I kept waking up whenever my husband moved.

Clean spaces, and everything was in a good state of repair. We hadn't been given enough bedding, but this was rectified quickly and efficiently. The app and emails before staying give an impression of a very well managed resort that has great services and facilities.The arcade, pool, and playground for kids we're great and seemed very safe. The surroundings areas and the beach are breathtakingly beautiful.

There is no Internet in the holiday homes which was not clear at the time of booking, it actually stated you could pay for Internet per day but this was not true. Wifi was available in restaurant and waves bar. However, when a lot of people were there, then this also failed to connect.

The location and staff are wonderful. Great choice of activities for everyone. Food is also very good! Water activities very reasonably priced.

I liked everything.

I had some bad experiences with other holiday parks years ago and thought that holiday parks in UK separate this nation from God more than breaking away from Vatican under Henry the 8th but this place was great.Will definitely use it again if God allows

I was a bit near the entertainment area so on Friday night I could hear the thud of music which kept me awake. Would try to book a caravan further away for future visits

Excellent spacious caravan. It looked brand new and very clean. Gorgeous walking and running territory. Had Sunday lunch at the restaurant. Good vegan options
