We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is a 10. Line(SPELLING) Is an extremely hard worker who is very helpful. We had one of our best dinner's in Oban at The Loren. Highly recommend it. He came every morning to cook breakfast. Usually it was eggs, bacon(ham), beans, and mushrooms. Coffee or tea was also offered along with water.

United KingdomWe had trouble operating the shower, with the switch in the bedroom, and then we couldn't turn the shower off with the on/off button on the device itself. Tourists need instructions with this typically British device!!! Also the lovely young man who as he told us is also the manager of the Chinese Restaurant around the corner seemed rather overworked. He was perfectly friendly and hospitable, but he had to divide his attention between the two places and was dashing back and forth both when we checked in and the next morning for breatfast. Finally, British/Scottish food (especially breakfast) just isn't up to the standards of many other countries, unfortunately.
We liked the location and the flamboyant style of interior decorating. The beds were comfortable.
