Really at this price point you cannot complain. The room is small and could have benefited from a few shelves.

Fantastic location literally 5 min walk from Paddington train station and underground, very clear instructions on how to access. Room has all the mod cons you would expect including kettle and microwave. Shower was very good.

Our original appt was in the basement, which had no windows. The noise from the guests above was very loud. The aicon on the upper floor didn't work.

The staff were very helpful. We were moved to an upper floor halfway through our stay as the basement appartment was very noisy from the guests above moving around. The staff responded to our concerns promptly. We were provided with a fan when the aircon upstairs wasn't working. The property is a short walk from Paddington station and Hyde Park, which we found really convenient.

There really wasn’t anything to complain off. Bathrooms are small but functional with a great shower. Bathroom cabinets are looking VERY tired and probably should be replaced.

For London, quite big rooms around 20 square metre . with a good kitchenette, good sized refrigerator that was very quiet, a sofa, plenty of room to move about. A window that opened, quiet, and great air conditioning that ran very quietly. Easy walking distance to Paddington station and Marylebone only 15 minutes walk away.

I did not like the online check-in to receive the door code. I have received fake messages before through the booking.com message system, some of which asked for credit card details and were flagged to me by the venue as hacks, so when I was asked to click a link and enter my credit card details (again) and passport details I was very suspicious. I did not like this at all and it felt very insecure.

Short distance from Paddington station and easy access to the Underground. Secure outer and apartment doors. Studio apartment was well appointed and had good amenities.

Mattress need change. No longer comfortable. Other than that, everything was great.

Toiletries, towels, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt n pepper n 2 packets of choc drink replenish generously daily. Sufficient towels provided for 2 days n new sets sent the following day n there were xtra mattress n duvey.

The lift worked, but felt a bit ricketty. Access bell not working when family trying to access.

Location was perfect - 10 mins walk from Paddington station and in a safe and secluded area.

The only thing we missed was the kitchen paper towel roll as well as extra paper napkins. But it wasn't much of a bother. The property is a little more expensive than others in the vicinity but the experience was very good.

The location is awesome. Walking distance from Paddington station. I had a morning meeting after which I had to rush to Heathrow. it was a breeze!! The room was surprisingly spacious and well stocked with kitchenette, utensils, kettle, etc. The room was fitted with an AC which made things much better in London warmth now a days. The elevators on the property were welcome, though a little rickety.

My room was in the basement and the lift stopped on the ground floor so i had to carry 3 suitcases of 23kgs down narrow steps on my arrival and departure!!!

Great location for access to all part of London and the accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. The staff are responsive and there was hot water!

Air conditioner kept making loud noises even when turned off. Could not find a reason for it and also could not turn it off at a switch. One mattress needed replacing as you could feel the springs.

Location close to Paddington station and central for getting around London. Also fairly quiet considering the busy area in general. Handy for eateries and groceries. Good to have air conditioning.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed for our stay. .The bed was very comfy and it was in a great location with a lot of good eateries to choose from . It was close to Hyde Park where we were attending a concert. Will return.

The beds could use a solid piece of wood under the mattress for better support and the plastic mattress cover made it sticky when sleeping since the bed sheets are not fitted, they kept moving as you slept.

The location was perfect, I had trouble locating the email with the code for the lock box due to so many emails being sent with information. I contacted the number and was finally able to find my code and open the key box. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay.

The only minor downside was that, although the apartment is on the top floor, there’s not much of a view due to nearby roof structures obstructing it. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and well-located stay in London. We’d gladly return!

We had a very pleasant stay at Paddington Apartments. The apartment was clean and regularly maintained by the staff, which we really appreciated. Self check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the unit being on the 5th floor (with a lift) made access easy. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Paddington Station, which made getting around London very convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, especially by London standards. The air conditioning was a huge plus during the summer, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.
