Fantastic location literally 5 min walk from Paddington train station and underground, very clear instructions on how to access. Room has all the mod cons you would expect including kettle and microwave. Shower was very good.

Really at this price point you cannot complain. The room is small and could have benefited from a few shelves.

The staff were very helpful. We were moved to an upper floor halfway through our stay as the basement appartment was very noisy from the guests above moving around. The staff responded to our concerns promptly. We were provided with a fan when the aircon upstairs wasn't working. The property is a short walk from Paddington station and Hyde Park, which we found really convenient.

Our original appt was in the basement, which had no windows. The noise from the guests above was very loud. The aicon on the upper floor didn't work.

The location was so good, close to different tube stations, one block away from Paddington Station. Shops and restaurants everywhere and open until late hours too. Would definitely be back here.

Perfect location. Very good communication with staff. Clean and spacious room.

Our room was on the ground floor, facing the street and just next to the main entrance door. It was really noisy! We could hear the noises from the street and every time someone would go in and out the building (there are around 12 apartments in the building!) the main door would slam loudly and the noise and even shaking was hear and felt at our apartment.

Location was great, very close to Paddigton station.

Soundproofing was terrible, our neighbours' kid woke up screaming before six AM two days in a row and we were unable to continue sleeping. It was like they were screaming next our bed. When I asked the hotel staff to do something, extremely rude staff member told me to handle it myself. So staying here is kinda neighbor lottery, if you have quiet neighbours - good hotel with great location, if you don't, your holiday might be ruined. Rooms were quite clean, but for example TV remote was filthy.

Location was central to our favourite places to visit. Near to transport and other places to visit. Great location and friendly staff.

A small lounge coffee table would have been a good addition.

For London, quite big rooms around 20 square metre . with a good kitchenette, good sized refrigerator that was very quiet, a sofa, plenty of room to move about. A window that opened, quiet, and great air conditioning that ran very quietly. Easy walking distance to Paddington station and Marylebone only 15 minutes walk away.

There really wasn’t anything to complain off. Bathrooms are small but functional with a great shower. Bathroom cabinets are looking VERY tired and probably should be replaced.

Room in the lower ground and with dirty water running directly at the wall outside. Some chemicals from cleaning service get inside through a hole in a window, smelling like in a swimming pool.

Great communication, everything you need in one space

Short distance from Paddington station and easy access to the Underground. Secure outer and apartment doors. Studio apartment was well appointed and had good amenities.

I did not like the online check-in to receive the door code. I have received fake messages before through the booking.com message system, some of which asked for credit card details and were flagged to me by the venue as hacks, so when I was asked to click a link and enter my credit card details (again) and passport details I was very suspicious. I did not like this at all and it felt very insecure.

Location was great with easy access to transportation, we loved complimentary coffee and water bottles, it was perfect after a busy day.

The location is excellent and easy to find. Self check in convinient.

Furniture a little bit tatty and could do with an update.

Good sized room by London standards. Clean, very good kitchenette and quiet aircon. Nice quiet location

All okay

Toiletries, towels, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt n pepper n 2 packets of choc drink replenish generously daily. Sufficient towels provided for 2 days n new sets sent the following day n there were xtra mattress n duvey.

Mattress need change. No longer comfortable. Other than that, everything was great.

Location was perfect - 10 mins walk from Paddington station and in a safe and secluded area.

The lift worked, but felt a bit ricketty. Access bell not working when family trying to access.

The "building" next door (shared wall) is an ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE. Non-stop jackhammering from M-F, 8am-5pm.
