Teabags, milk, cup, etc. for a morning cup of tea would have been nice. There was a communal kitchen/kettle, but nothing in the way of even minor 'welcome' provisions. (just a quibble - not crucial)

House feels a bit like an HMO with a few hotel traits. There's only one bathroom in the house, so if you need to go you will have to be patient, and it lacks a few things, such as a hand towel or something to dry your hands and shelves in the shower box to place your things. Patio is nice, but is shared with another room. Kitchen is not very organised, and there could be a espresso machine as a special treat for guests. There are no shops nearby, so need to walk for a while or take the bus for groceries.

Owner is friendly and helpful. Room is excellent, very spacious and cosy. It feels like home. Bus stop is very close to the house. Bed is comfortable and pillows too. Room has a desk, so convenient if staying for work. Patio is nice.

The host Hussein is very nice and friendly. I was well informed of the check in information before my arrival. Location of the house is good, there is a bus stop nearby. it is easily access to the city center.

The kitchen and outside surroundings were unkept. I wish there was a toilet downstairs.

It was peaceful. Didn't meet any staff in person, but they were organized and made my arrival and stay cool. The shared toilet was surprisingly very neat. My room was neat too.

There was misunderstanding it wasn't clear to me that the room didn't have its own bathroom and that the shared bathroom was infact upstairs or that the kitchen was shared. In the photos at time of booking it showed kitchen and bathroom but didn't state clearly that these were shared. The studio room we were offered was tiny and not suitable for a relaxing break.

We were offered an alternative room which was a tiny studio. We stayed 1 night instead of our booked and paid for 3 nights

The toilet was very dirty and I had to clean it everytime I needed to use it.yes it is a shared one thus why it should be cleaned everyday and maybe share some guidelines with the guests about keeping it clean. During my stay, we ran out of water completely so no shower, no water to wash our hands or flush the toilet...

Bus Station is close, calm area, friendly host.

The room is very nice with natural ventilation and sunlight. The bathroom and kitchen are very neat and tidy. The kitchen is completely equipped with all the crockery and utensils. The owner has also kept milk, cereals, some spices, tea, coffee and sauces for guests to use. The room has all the necessary appliances like a hair dryer, iron, clothes drying stand, iron board, portable fan, etc. The host is very friendly and kind.
